POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor is responsible for leading a small or large group of individuals to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer needs. This position is responsible for enforcing safety policies and procedures while maintaining the day-to-day operations as it relates to equipment and business needs. This position is responsible for developing and training employees to be effective within their roles. The Supervisor will have the competency to complete project paperwork to support billing, payroll and required safety data. The Industrial Cleaning Crew Leader understands how to set up, perform, operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs of hydroblasting equipment, as well as understanding safety rules and regulations. The Crew Leader will organize projects and manage an individual crew of employees including technicians and operators. Under limited supervision, the mechanic performs work of moderate difficulty in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. The mechanic is responsible for the assembly and mechanical function of machines. The mechanic will inspect machines, engines, transmission, etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues. The mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of machines, engines, and mechanical systems. The Industrial Cleaning Operator will operate, maintain, and repair high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment necessary to perform the safe and proper removal, containment, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials within heavy industrial settings. They perform the general labor activities of a Hydroblast Technician, as well as operate water lasting and industrial vacuum equipment.
