Maintain and update Plant and Central Office record database formats including Access and SQL, using initiative and independent action to make complex decisions that are required for daily operations and record keeping. Perform necessary updates to plant assignment data using judgment and complex querying techniques. Development of system data reports for various departments using varied programming formats. Complete Special circuit audit review each quarter accurate coding with report of findings to Engineers and Supervisor staff. Completes all required and requested reports in a timely and accurate manner as directed by supervisor. Issues work order to other departments Opens work orders in system. Works with sales support and accounting to make sure money is collected for work order. Work order entry and smart sheets update. Adhere to corporate policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel. Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma plus 2 years of experience preferred. Ability to hold a valid Wyoming or Idaho Driver's License. Installs and maintains gas piping systems which include underground gas lines, inside piping, regulators, meters and liquid dispensing systems. 8. Operates company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, performs daily inspections and advises supervisor of needed repairs. 10. Promotes use of LP gas or electric services by suggesting additional uses to customers and relating the quality, service, and dependability of company products. 11.
