Several types of complex cardiac procedures are performed in our Cath Lab, this includes structural heart procedures, some structural heart procedures are performed in the Hybrid OR in collaboration with the OR team. Great team work is not only encouraged but it is essential. The Interventional Radiology Technologist is an integral part of the Cath Lab team! He or she will develop a complex skill set that is not only valued by the entire team, but also contributes to positive patient outcomes. This technologist will learn to function in different roles during the invasive cardiac procedures. These roles are comprised of the circulating role, monitoring role, and scrub role. This individual will develop a comprehensive knowledge base of cardiac anatomy and physiology. The technologist will learn to work with a wide array of equipment such as contrast injectors, ultrasounds, IVUS, mechanical thrombectomy devices and atherectomy supplies and become knowledgeable in a vast array of supplies including stents, balloons, catheters, coils, etc. He or she will be responsible for entering patient information into the x-ray equipment, annotating, post processing and, sending patient images to the PACs system, adhering to the Radiation Safety and Standards such ALARA principles. Documents all services provided in the clinical record in accordance with state and federal regulations and Agency policy: a) All records are complete, accurate, and done in timely fashion: · admissions within 24 hours from first visit. · subsequent visits within 48 hours. b) Obtains physician verbal/written orders and complies with all reporting requirements. c) Participates in coordination of care with physicians and with other disciplines as appropriate. 3. Manages work assignment in effective and efficient manner: a) Reports any cases to the Hospice/Palliative Clinical Supervisor where goals can not be met or at-risk situations exist and responds appropriately. b) Remains flexible in daily planning, allowing time for emergencies or unexpected visits. c) Maintains productivity as established by the Agency. d) Utilizes payor sources correctly, reflecting changing levels of care. e) Delegates patient care responsibilities to Home Care Nurse (LPN) as appropriate. f) Participates in the development of the hospice interdisciplinary team care plan. 4. Establishes the plan of care to be delegated to the Homemaker/Home Care Aide/Companion, orients and supervises the home care aide in accordance with state and federal regulations and Agency policy: a) Develops an initial written plan of care for the HMK/HCA/Companion and updates this plan as patient's condition warrants but no less often than every 60 days. b) Obtains input from HMK/HCA/Companion regarding patient progress. c) Prepares written performance evaluations of home care aides under his/her supervision. d) Provides supervision of home care aides at a minimum of every two weeks or as required by payor source. 5. Develops and maintains sufficient professional skills and credentials to meet the needs of patient care: a) Attends a minimum of 12 hours of in-service per year. At least six of those hours shall deal with aspects of hospice care. b) Participates actively in self-appraisal and the formation of a plan of self-development. c) Knowledgeable of agency policies and procedures. Adheres to Agency Corporate Compliance Plan and HIPAA Privacy Plan as per written agreement. d) Seeks appropriate clinical input to ensure appropriate patient care. e) Projects professional image through attitude and compliance with dress code. f) Capable of precepting new nurses and students. g) Functions as a team member with consideration to all staff. h) Provides Agency with current copy of professional license. i) Maintains CPR certification. Ancillary Duties 1. Performs other duties as necessary to support Agency programs as assigned by the Supervisor of Clinical Services. a) Agency committees as requested. b) Special clinics as needed. c) Adult Consultation Hours as assigned. d) Special agency or community programs during and/or after regular working hours. e) Participation in Agency focus groups. 2.     Job Summary: Senior Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for entering and managing the quote and order process for NEFCO's Customers. As the most experienced members of Inside Sales, Sr. Inside Sales Reps are responsible for managing customer relationships and driving new business. Job Duties: Receive and process requests directly from customers and outside sales (via phone, email, fax, website ordering) for price quotations, product availability, and orders in a timely manner- specifically, key regional/national customer accounts; Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer and vendor relationships through targeted phone calls and customer visits as needed; Meeting and exceeding top and bottom line sales and gross profit goals both individually and a cohesive sales team; Sell and service customers providing pricing and product application information; Generate add-on sales by anticipating other products that a customer may need but has not ordered yet; Input all orders into sales order system in a timely manner; Schedule orders according to customer requirements; Source materials that NEFCO does not keep in stock through interaction with purchasing team; Communicate consistently with Customers, Outside Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Managers and Operations Managers; Keep supervisors apprised of customer issues as warranted; Provide promotional literature and product information as requested; Maintain proficiency in NEFCO product catalogs, Eclipse, Microsoft Office Suite; Maintain product and industry proficiency via training on various vendor product platforms and Evergreen Marketing Group, as needed; and Attend weekly sales meetings. Qualifications: Demonstrate strong ability to work in fast pace, high pressure environment Excellent computer skills and capability to adeptly operate NEFCO's Enterprise Resource Planning, Eclipse, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Maintains excellent regular attendance, punctuality at work to ensure a high-quality and timely response for customers Must perform work accurately and with a sense of urgency and integrity while paying strict attention to detail. Degree is preferred (although industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree) 1-2 years of work experience (preferably in construction supply sales)
