We collaborate extensively across the broader design engineering organization, including simulation, powertrain, hydraulics, electrical, cab, and software teams. Our work is tightly integrated with validation teams to ensure designs meet functional and durability standards. **Your Experience and qualifications**

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assign daily jobs and work orders, detailing any requirements for the day and delegating/participating to successfully accomplish the daily tasks
· Ensure maintenance staff has a good understanding of work practices and procedures; train and develop maintenance staff

We collaborate extensively across the broader design engineering organization, including simulation, powertrain, hydraulics, electrical, cab, and software teams. Our work is tightly integrated with validation teams to ensure designs meet functional and durability standards. Downstream, we engage with manufacturing, quality, and marketing to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
Your Impact
Develop robust 3D CAD designs that meet product requirements.
Communicate design concepts across teams and stakeholders.
Solve engineering problems and document design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance performance, cost, risk, and timelines.
Create and release accurate 2D drawings for manufacturing and procurement.
Your Experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Agricultural Engineering from an accredited university; 3+ years of experience. Prior experience in agricultural equipment design is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Creo Parametric for 3D CAD design is essential. Knowledge of PLM systems and AGCO-specific engineering tools will be developed on the job.
Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading) is required, as all documentation and communication are conducted in English.
Effective communication, adaptability to evolving project scopes, a problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and attention to detail are key traits for success.
Entry-level role suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals, with a collaborative engineering setting focused on design accuracy and innovation.
