Essential Functions
Oversee an assigned location or area of the Stadium and respond to any situations such as ticket issues, ADA relocations, guest complaints, etc. Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests and staff when applicable. Respond to guest concerns in a respectful and calm manner.

Sell bingo cards to customers and accurately maintain bank. Assist customers in learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions. Perform caller duties. Verify winning cards and distribute winnings.
Assist customers in learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions.
Sell tickets to customers. Count bingo cards and maintain bank accurately.
Perform caller duties, including calling out numbers over microphone, providing instructions and announcing the amount of money to be won.
Verify winning cards and distribute winnings, following established cash handling procedures.
Reach for bingo balls while using machines and retrieve dropped bingo balls.
Travel through customer seating aisles to collect winning cards, balance and carry bingo boards.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Six (6) months of experience preferred.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during shift.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

The Cargo Warehouse Agent is responsible for marshaling in and pushing back the aircraft, operating ground service equipment (GSE), loading and unloading cargo on and off aircraft, transporting cargo between warehouse and aircraft, receiving, delivering, and physical handling freight and company material at the warehouse. Perform build-up and breakdown of cargo in a safe manner within required timeframes and complete paperwork needed to get the job done, ensuring on-time departures of aircraft and trucks.
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates, including cleaning and servicing of the aircraft interior.
Operate ground equipment, including K-loaders, tugs, belt loaders, and forklifts.
Load/unload air cargo from/to trucks.
Prepare and palletize cargo as needed.
Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct.
Assure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operation of related equipment.
Perform routine cleaning of facilities, work areas, and ramp.
Ensure ramp areas are safe and free of FOD and that all ground equipment is properly maintained.
Follow safety regulations which include the proper use of ground equipment and wearing proper safety items.
Able to communicate using a two-way radio.
All other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment. Must be able to carry the 50-pound box from the floor to 18 inches and carry 50-pound box in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet; must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time. Must have sufficient vision and the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work flexible working hours.
Ability to work in inclement weather.
Pass background check
Attend and successfully complete required training
