RESPONSIBILITIES
Phone and Email Support - 85%
• Provide a delightful experience for all customers by engaging in polite, positive, professional, and upbeat interactions via phone and in writing.
• Use and share knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or problems.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers and members feel supported and valued.
• Engage in active listening with callers, conferencing and clarifying information and diffusing angered customers/members.
• Communicate with customer and partners via email in a professional and thorough manner.
• Building lasting relationships with customers, members and internal team members based on trust and reliability.
• Make recommendations for products and services that better suit customer/member needs or complement the products in which they are interested.
• Seek answers to customer inquiries. Escalate issues, as necessary. When appropriate connect customers with other departments/colleagues for higher level support.
• Process phone, email, and web orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve backorders, follow up on order fulfilment, and keep customers updated on ship dates.
• Process returns and other transactions as necessary within the ERP system.
• Verify and update customer information before processing transactions, add new customer records to database when record does not exist.
• Document all support activities with the case management system.
Special Projects - 15%
• Assist management with projects as needed.
• Handle regular data entry projects and assist other internal teams with assigned projects as needed.
• Assist with trade show projects as needed.
• As time allows, review data and process flow in NetSuite and suggest improvements.
• Conduct testing of system updates as assigned.
• Represent the “voice of customer” on teams and in meetings/conversations, as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• 2 years of experience working with customers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, partners, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to exercise proven computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Skype/Zoom, and customer relationship management software a plus (e.g. SalesForce.com, NetSuite, Microsoft CRM, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of standard office equipment such as a headset, telephone, and copy machine.

The person in this role serves as a central communication source for all components of the patient transfer and consultation process. Triages calls from referring providers and appropriately routes to subspecialist, attending physicians and/or the appropriate department(s). Demonstrates effective communication skills, critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to follow clinical practice guidelines.
Location: Onsite Milwaukee main campus
Full time: 0.9 FTE
Nights: 6:00pm-6:00 am
Weekends: Rotate every 3rd weekend
Holiday rotation
Experience:
Required - Prior knowledge acquired through 2 years of experience in a medical field such as EMT, Paramedic, Medical Assistant (MA), Health Unit Coordinator or Nursing,
Previous critical care/emergency room experience preferred
Medical dispatch/triage preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Must be knowledgeable of Electronic Health Record
EPIC electronic health record preferred
Knowledge of a variety of pediatric healthcare specialties, including level of care, symptom identification critical thinking and decision making to appropriately triage and manage consult and transfer requests.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification Preferred
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross Preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Normal office environment where there is no reasonable potential for exposure to blood or other high risk body fluids.
Education - High school education or equivalent required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY: A. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1. Previous experience in security, military, public contract preferred. 2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Must have a reliable telephone and transportation.
4. Must have HS diploma or GED.

4. Immediately report any discrepancies, violations, incidents and concerns to the supervisor on duty.
5. Never leave post without being properly relieved.
6. Answer telephones in a polite and professional manner.
7. Be able to operate a computer and access systems (where applicable).
8. Complete reports in detail and in a timely manner.
9. Must be familiar with all Governmental/Client/Company regulations.
10. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
11. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in courteous manner.
12. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, report and files as required.
13. Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials.
14. Identification badges must always be visible.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.
16. Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner.
