Maintain KPI discipline (answer rate, book rate, show rate, RO conversion for service, sold-through for sales). Collaborate with Sales Managers and Service Advisors to resolve issues and accelerate appointment conversion. Qualifications VinSolutions CRM proficiency (required or strongly preferred). Mastermind and CDK experience are strong pluses. Prior service call/appointment coordination experience (dealership or high-volume environment) preferred. Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills; professional, friendly tone. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-through in a fast-paced setting. Previous BDC, call-center, or dealership experience (sales and/or service) preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
