What You'll Do
You'll represent TD Insurance as an Auto Claims Advisor and assist in facilitating and coordinating a claim from start to finish.

Make an Impact:
* Support customer claims from start to finish: Arrange towing, set up appraisals and outline to the customer the extent of their coverage under the terms of their policy
* Gather, organize and verify required information and documentation from all available sources to ensure a thorough and complete compilation of facts to resolve claims
* Reconcile estimates from new and preferred vendors to ensure appropriate settlements are reached for damages sustained to a customer's vehicle
* Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining a positive file count and open/close ratio
* Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders as well as external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops (e.g., TD Auto Centre partners, our direct repair partner network and non-preferred shops)

* Research coverage scenarios and apply this knowledge to customer claim files
* Learn and demonstrate our customer-centric and strategic objectives while contributing to TD Insurance Group's deliverables

Hours: VERY Flexible, but must be performed within standard business hours which we consider 7am-5pm M-F Part-time: Approximately 4 hours / week Travel costs will be compensated

Job Duties: Scanning and Stocking Shelves
Performing VMI (vendor managed inventory)
This includes:
Driving to customer's sites within one hour. (mileage paid)
Stocking bins with fasteners and fittings
Scanning items that need to be replenished
Revisiting the following week to stock the items that have been delivered
Requirements:
