Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Open agency on time and start work schedule on time. • Attend sales trainings as needed. • Coordinate Sales Agent activities as needed. • Increase sales for agency of non-standard automobile insurance. • Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction. • Create campaigns for agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations. • Ensure Cold Calls are being done on applications generated from events. • Ensure that all Renewal Quotes are made and all Quotes are followed up. • Ensure agency is clean and properly stocked with marketing materials and office supplies. • Ensure that Grassroots Marketing and distribution of Fliers are done on a daily basis. • Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships • Provide reports to MGA and effectively communicate with Sales Agency Managers, Pronto MGA Underwriting Personnel, and Pronto MGA Claims Department • Ensure that all claim inquiries are directed to the MGA Claims Department • Ensure that the Picture Report is printed periodically and all pictures have been uploaded accordingly. • Count money and balance with Daily Deposit Report when ending your shift. • Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits. Education & Experience Required • Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience • An attitude for success and desire to make money • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • Applicants must be ready and able to pass insurance licensing test or have a LL license already (required for continued employment) • Must be able to type and use computer to capture data • Must be able to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly positive manner. • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
