About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced Air Export Agent to join their international freight forwarding operation in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented export professional with hands-on experience managing international air export shipments from booking through final departure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end air export shipments, including consolidation and direct shipments
Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, trucking providers, and warehouses
Prepare, review, and issue export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, SLI, AES filings, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Book cargo with airlines and ensure timely space confirmation
Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to customers
Ensure compliance with TSA, AES, and all export regulations
