Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Essential Functions

Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers.
Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary.
Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter.
Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model.
Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service.
Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline.
Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.
Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly.
Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles.
Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication)
Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk.
Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle.
Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.
Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas.
Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.
Environment
In this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions.
In this position you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals.
In this position you will be subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that may affect the respiratory system or skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and in a timely manner
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders following established procedures
Verify incoming deliveries, inspect parts for accuracy and condition, and document discrepancies
Maintain organized inventory and update stock records as needed
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training can be provided)
Build, label, and secure pallets or crates for outbound freight
Assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse workspace
Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Support other warehouse duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Basic computer skills for entering shipment and inventory data
Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL shipment systems a plus
Ability to read and follow pick lists, packing lists, and part numbers
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required; forklift certification a plus

Position Overview
The Business Process Specialist I will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support at a compressor station facility. This role supports the Gas Supervisor and station personnel by managing documentation, coordinating work orders, maintaining records, supporting planning activities, and facilitating site operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Gas Supervisor and station staff.
Organize, maintain, and file all code-related and regulatory documentation.
Prepare, distribute, and close work orders and required forms.
Assist in weekly and monthly work planning meetings by preparing materials and documenting action items.
Maintain crew overtime lists and prepare weekly postings.
Reconcile purchasing card receipts for station crews.
Monitor station security gate; ensure all visitors are properly logged and escorted as required.
Submit monthly and annual operational reports, including fuel and gas handling, operating/engine data, and rectifier readings.
Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities related to administrative processes.
Provide general site support, including presentation preparation, scheduling appointments and events, entering service requests, and managing invoicing activities.

Job Duties & Accountabilities

Summary/Objective
Complete accurate quote packages for customers and the sales team to secure lighting project business. Apply appropriate quotations strategy depending on bill of material while maintaining established project profitability requirements and adhering to the lighting project process.
Essential Functions
· Communicate effectively with customers.
· Collaborate with Outside Sales to secure projects.
· Maintain all quotes electronically in the JMS system.
· Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) in JMS and submit to customer and assigned Outside Sales Rep.

· Identify projects to utilize the Instant Rebate Program.
· Review Purchase Order and include Terms and Conditions.
· Prepare submittals as requested and monitor their return via check list.
· Review returned submittals and renegotiate with vendor if necessary.
· Coordinate with Outside Sales to complete project paperwork.
· Finalize paperwork with Outside Sales, updating any lead times on approved (BOM).
· Update final BOM in JMS and send to assigned Project Administrator for review.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and employees.
· Stay up to date on new products by attending trade shows and seminars.
· Engage in Life Long Learning activities and meet yearly requirements.
· Participate in pre-job and project review meetings.

What You Will Do
