Health benefits have been good.

If you work in the US you will be let go. 90% of employees are now in India.

Pros of working at Agilysys

Long term employees that are dedicated to the product are great to work with.

How would you improve Agilysys's culture?

Get rid of the wall that the CEO promotes between India and the rest of the company.

He seems nice but it is hard to tell if he isn't just being narcissistic.
