I really enjoyed the people that I get to work with. It has a very small company feel while being an 1000 person company, which was enjoyable for me. I didn't feel like just another number.

I have been with the organization for 5 years...we are on our 3rd CEO and there is drastic changes every time we receive a new CEO. This has made it challenging for me to stay bought in on what my role is and contributing to the organization.

The ability to work from home and have some flexibility in my schedule depending on the time of year, etc.
