family environment, truly cared about one another --this was 1980's 1990's and early 2000's
pay could have been higher, being based in a GOP RED State they try to pay low.
The people as in coworkers, the get togethers, the support when working as a team. Health benefits could have been better as in company paying more towards employee's portions.
Rebholtz Family are quality people, involved in the community and they give back to to community and others.

i was hired straight out of college, worked my way up and promoted by the managers.
Compensation is low in Idaho, probably higher for folks in Washington. Idaho is a RED state.
I think Agri Beef has always been good in that department. All walks of life and fair treatment.
