The Feed Production Technician is a vital member of our production team who is responsible for producing high quality feed supplements. You will operate equipment to produce the feed/rations and maintain the production facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete production/batching Unload railcars Unload bulk dry ingredients Complete sampling and QC tasks Perform general maintenance, inspection and cleaning Operate a forklift according to safety standards Unload bagged ingredients and/or pallets Test batches Use a computer to perform required tasks Oversee usage tanks for best utilization Deliver sacked or toted feeds if applicable Perform mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving May be required to enter confined spaces Adhere to all safety, SFSF and company policies Participate in required training Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Basic math skills, including the ability to understand metric conversions Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Position based out of Boise, ID with some seasonal overnight travel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: AB Genetics (Snake River Farms Program) (40%) Maintain the health and well-being of the Wagyu bull herd, ensuring bulls are sound and fertile prior to the breeding season. Ensure compliance with all State-mandated trichomoniasis testing requirements. Assist with the planning and execution of bull and heifer development programs. Opportunity to be involved in advanced reproduction projects such as artificial insemination (AI), embryo transfer (ET), and ovum pick-up (OPU). Support research initiatives through data collection, pregnancy diagnosis, and ranch consulting. AB Livestock (40%) Deliver evidence-based veterinary medicine, technology, animal husbandry and management practices to feeding partners, including feedlots, growyards, and pasture operations who raise and feed outside company owned cattle. Manage regulatory documentation for feeding partners, including Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), Veterinary Feed Directives (VFD), and prescriptions. Veterinary Research and Consulting Services (20%) Assist in implementing and monitoring animal health programs at internal company feedyards. Work collaboratively with a progressive veterinary team, leveraging a collective 175+ years of knowledge and experience. The Truck Driver is responsible for operating multi-unit Class 8 trucks with capacity of more than 24 tons. Driver will be responsible for maintaining equipment and transporting materials to customer locations. The General Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the feedyard. Through focus on creating a culture that is aligned with the mission and values of Agri Beef and through the use of effective leadership skills, the General Manager will ensure that the feedyard produces excellent results in the areas of employee safety, animal welfare, financial performance, and cattle performance. This position reports to the Vice President of SRF Cattle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage feedyard operation, ensuring all team members and consultants are working toward achieving company goals and producing a quality product Monitor and evaluate feedyard activities through personal observations, meetings, and data analysis to ensure compliance with safety, welfare, and operational standards Ensure that feedyard processes are carried out effectively by engaging with the team, providing regular feedback, and identifying operational improvements Develop and mentor the feedyard team to increase their capability and drive ongoing progress toward the achievement of company goals Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g. OSHA, EPA) and company policies (e.g. HACCP, Animal Handling and Welfare, Safety) Develop and be accountable for the feedlot operating and capital budgets Manage procurement and inventory of feed commodities for location. TITLE: Electricians We are looking for motivated Electricians to join our maintenance team here at True West Beef. Electricians will have the responsibility to maintain and repair plant electrical equipment as required to ensure that plant production is not interrupted. The Electricians will work as a team to ensure equipment will operate safely and efficiently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Class A CDL - bulk feed delivery and some flatbed loads this is primarily loads delivering from Fruitland, ID to the Yakima Valley in WA state.
