Options Clearing Corp

• Developed a framework to enhance the efficiency and maturity of its enterprise risk management function.

• Created model risk governance structure in accordance with SR 11-07, enhancing oversight and improving collaboration between business units and model teams.

AIG

• Identified $85 billion in unencumbered assets that served as collateral to secure a Federal Reserve loan to AIG during the 2008/2009 financial crisis.

• Generated over $3 billion dollars in cash for AIG to pay down government support by re-securitizing RMBS.

JPMorgan Chase

• Established and led a risk management and valuation control function that quantified risk and mitigated losses for the bank's consumer mortgage business.

Citigroup

• Generated $117 million in revenue and offset losses by increasing prepayment speeds in key hedging and valuation models.

John Grace received his Bachelor’s in Economics from Loyola Marymount University and his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
