Job DescriptionPMA is seeking a seasoned Project Cost Engineer to join our team and lead cost management across multiple construction projects for one of our largest, long-term clients in New Jersey. The Project Cost Engineer will oversee cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while designing and implementing effective cost control strategies. This role involves close collaboration with project stakeholders and the delivery of actionable insights to support informed decision-making. As a subject matter expert, the Project Cost Engineer will play a pivotal role in standardizing cost practices and ensuring that financial performance consistently aligns with project goals.Organizational Responsibilities
Leads and implements standardized cost control procedures, tools, and documentation.
Prepares and presents project budgets, cost reports, and earned value analyses, identifying variances and trends.
Analyzes and reconciles labor, material, and accrual costs, coordinating with procurement and vendors to support forecasting and risk management.
Collaborates with project teams and executives to ensure budget adherence, provides financial insights, and advises on cost implications during design and construction.
Contributes to implementation of cost control best practices and standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or a related field required.
5+ years of relevant cost engineering or cost controls experience.
Demonstrated experience with project cost forecasting, budget reporting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, or similar project finance software.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
CCP or PMP certification a plus.
The salary range for this position is $112,650 to $130,210.A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience and geographic location.Additional Requirements Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen. As a Titanium Engineer Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying next-generation AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will contribute across the full AI lifecycle - from researching and fine-tuning foundation models to prompt engineering, system integration, and deployment into production environments. Here's what you need
+ Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in successfully designing and building resilient AI systems or products, implementing controls and guardrails, context engineering, utilizing Evals in AI systems, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and experience implementing best practices in implementing AI systems in production such as tracing, logging and unit testing.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience designing and creating AI Solutions using design patterns like retrieval augmentation generation (RAG) and handling data pipelines.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering teams with one or more programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Spring or GoLang, showcasing a strong command over the technical foundations and mastery of one or more AI Frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel and others.

Responsibilities:
Take part in the coordination of tech support on engineering, regulatory, compliance, quality, microbial/environmental, technical cleaning, validation, and mechanical equipment issues.
Assist during regulatory agency inspections. Provide technical support in response to the FDA and other regulatory agencies.
Complete advanced maintenance activities or operate and monitor sophisticated plant support equipment in accordance with CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, job plans and Amgen policies.
Investigate complex issues or problems through the mentorship of experienced staff.
Assist with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems.
Evaluate the current maintenance procedures and assist in the changes to optimize the maintenance program, trouble shoot and repair equipment/system failures.
Interpret and review utility, process system/equipment, plumbing, ductwork plans, architectural, and P&IDs.
Support Operations in non-standard shifts that includes weekends and/or holidays as determined by business.
