    Project Controls Manager AGS has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Project Controls Manager with 10+ years' experience for projects specifically in Airport Facilities, Transit Systems, and Infrastructure. The Project Controls Manager should have experience in project controls of a major public-sector project (preferably with the Airport Commission). Candidate will be required to work on project site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review of baseline and monthly progress schedules and work with team to produce monthly reports. Produce in-house independent Time Impact Analysis (TIA), including review and evaluation of the design-build contractor's analysis. Preparation and monitoring of manpower against project costs. Professionally engage with the Airport's Capital Program Support Services Consultant Requirements: Bachelor's degree and licensure in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and/or similar preferred. 10+ years recent experience in managing large-scale construction projects for Transportation, Aviation and Airport facilities. A full knowledge of aviation and airport-related projects preferred, with relevant experience on projects delivered using an Integrated Project Delivery Method is highly desirable. Excellent communication & presentation skills (written, oral) Be a team player and able to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 LEED AP qualification preferred. Trailer Inventory - Analyze trailers that are being loaded in FIFO and monitor trailers in loading status over 48hrs, as well check with sites for multiple trailers with same FC. Refusals - constantly monitor the refusal frequency at the sites and check with operations what action to be put in place to minimize these. Container Demurrage Monitor - Check list of containers in demurrage and verify if this is in line with containers on customs hold. Highlight any gap to the facility to pick up any containers left at Port. Publish daily performance. Container Per Diem Monitor - Check list of containers going in per diem in 2 days and check with HUDD for pick up schedule. Once container cross LFD, escalate the report to management. Weekly Trailer Dwell Report for trailers in Carrier Notify that are dwelling over 48hrs. Send to Customers to help with yard space management.
