Phillip has 20+ years of experience with a strong financial acumen, and analytical thinking skills which have effectively translated into more than $50B of closed transactions. At AGS, in addition to his role as a finance leader, Phillip is responsible for driving strategic growth through strategic partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining AGS, Phillip was a senior leader of DaVita’s Corporate Development/M&A team evaluating and executing strategic transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic partnerships. He spent the previous 10+ years focused on M&A process and execution through his tenure in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, UBS, and BNP Paribas. He has also held key leadership positions at GE Capital, Citigroup and Deloitte.

Phillip holds a B.S. in Business from University of Maryland and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
