We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in either our Apharetta, GA office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, mission critical projects, industrial work and contribute to innovative, resilient designs that shape the built environment. What You'll Do: Design power distribution, lighting and controls, backup power (UPS/generators), and renewable energy systems with a strength in mission critical environments (e.g., data centers, secure facilities) and life science. Handle project coordination, technical calculations, site surveys and client management. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics. Develop sketches and technical documentation for complex power systems. Guide junior engineers and designers in the layout of electrical systems. Attend project and client meetings, collaborating with owners, architects, and developers. Prepare technical reports, write feasibility studies, prepare cost estimates and specifications and code compliance documentation. Review submittals, specifications, and construction documents. Conduct site visits, construction inspections, and punch list observations. Stay current with building codes, trends, and mission critical standards. Required: Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering (ABET-accredited). A minimum of 5 years of electrical systems design experience building technology in building technology Experience designing systems for mission critical, life science, commercial, or institutional projects. Solid understanding of applicable building, electrical and energy codes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience mentoring junior staff Preferred: PE license (or ability to obtain). 10 years' experience with data enter / mission critical power distribution experience LEED, WELL, or other industry certifications. Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with data centers Project management experience, including team coordination and client communications. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and production of the RFP/RFQ bids and plays an instrumental role in the administration of all marketing efforts under the supervision of our Marketing Manager. Event Planning & Coordination * Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in trade shows, conferences, client events, and our 'Lunch & Learn' program. * Manage event logistics, including registration, sponsorships, booth materials, signage, and promotional collateral alongside the Graphics & Communication Coordinator. * Work closely with Business Development leaders to align event strategy with market goals and client relationship priorities. * Track event budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event follow-up activities. * Capture leads and assist with event ROI tracking and reporting. Marketing & Brand Support * Support the development of marketing collateral, project sheets, digital content, and internal communications alongside the Graphics & Communication Coordinator. * Coordinate photographs and other creative resources to support proposals and events. Collaboration & Leadership * Mentor junior marketing staff and support professional development within the marketing team. * Serve as a liaison between marketing, technical, and business development teams to ensure alignment of messaging and client strategy. * Proactively identify process improvements to enhance proposal and event workflows. Desired Knowledge and Experience: * Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry (AEC) or a closely related field and working knowledge of AEC industry practices, terminology, and procurement processes (public and private sector) are required. * Advanced knowledge of proposal management processes is required, including coordination of multi-discipline teams and development of compliant, compelling submittals (sub-consultant experience a plus). * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for producing high-quality, brand-consistent marketing materials. * Advanced project and event management expertise, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines. * Familiarity with CRM and marketing database systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint, for tracking pursuits, contacts, and project data. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or Smartsheet. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May serve as prime contact of firm with clients, consultants, and public agencies. Provide leadership in project design. Prepare and conduct client interviews. Consolidate information into a Program Document outlining square footage and personnel requirements. Initiate preparation of FF&E and Equipment List gathering electrical, plumbing, and special requirements from client. Proficient in preparing Schematics, to include Block & Stacking Plans. Proficient in Space Planning. Proficient in development of FF&E Specifications. Proficient in preparing a complete set of Construction Documents. Responsible for technical implementations of design concepts during construction documents, specifications, building, & construction administration. Responsible for code compliancy as it relates to ADA and Life Safety. All plans to be reviewed and coordinated with Architect of record throughout the design process, (schematic through final construction documents). Prepare reports and specifications. Provide coordination of all applicable project discipline's drawings. Establish and monitor outside consultants. Has working knowledge of computer aided design drafting to produce designs into routine final drawings. Prepares digital presentations inclusive of physical material palettes. Has excellent understanding and knowledge of construction techniques and constructability as it relates to interiors; flooring, partitions, ceilings, and other finish materials. BRPH is looking for a Senior Level Interior Designer for our Atlanta, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all areas of interior design with the ability to work in all phases of a project's development including large and / or complex projects. Requires substantial experience in project management and ability to function as project leader in team environment. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May serve as prime contact of firm with clients, consultants, and public agencies. Provide leadership in project design. Prepare and conduct client interviews. Consolidate information into a Program Document outlining square footage and personnel requirements. Initiate preparation of Equipment List gathering electrical, plumbing, and special HVAC requirements from client. Proficient in preparing Schematics, to include Block & Stacking Plans. Proficient in Space Planning. Proficient in preparing complete set of Construction Documents. Responsible for technical implementations of design concepts during construction documents, specifications, building, & construction administration. Responsible for code compliance as it relates to ADA and Life Safety. All plans to be reviewed and coordinated with Architect of record throughout the design process, (schematic thru final construction documents). Prepare reports and specifications. Provide coordination of all applicable project discipline's drawings and specifications. Establish and monitor outside consultants Has working knowledge of computer aided design drafting to produce designs into routine final drawings and performs limited CADD operations. Prepare presentation boards. Has excellent understanding and knowledge of construction techniques and constructibility as it relates to interiors; flooring, partitions, ceilings, and other finish materials. Visits construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawings review, attend construction site meetings, review RFI's, prepare ASI's, PR's, prepare status reports, per the contract documents. Review and monitor quality of outgoing submittal. Responsible for job specific standards, practices, and quality, as defined in BRPH System Manuals. Review project schedule & budget worksheets. Assist client in selection & procurement of furniture thru development and coordination of furniture bid document. Further assist client in evaluation of pricing and awarding of bid. Upon completion of installation prepare furniture punch list and track outstanding items. Follow-up with client after occupancy to confirm client satisfaction. Marketing duties & responsibilities: Provide leadership in new business development. Participates in marketing efforts and client presentations. Participate in strategic planning. Maintain client relationships and develop new revenues thru continuing services. Represents the Interiors group on boards or committees as appropriate Active member in a professional trade organization. Support Human Resource in conducting new employee interviews. Contract duties & responsibilities: Substantial knowledge of preparation and use of interior design / architectural contracts. Assists in organizing and leading contract negotiations. Identify modifications of project scope as described in the legal contract and pursue additional services when acceptable. Supervision / Management duties & responsibilities: Maintain and monitor project profitability. Assists in development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with Project Managers, senior staff, and other department leads. Coordinates manpower allocations as it pertains to assigned projects. Attends weekly scheduling meetings with department. Encourage continuing education efforts toward staff / personnel professional growth. Promote mentoring between Interior design staff. Specifically, to include support and encouragement for NCIDQ certifications. Maintain administrative / technical documents required by senior staff, accounting, or others, as it pertains to the management of Interior Design projects. Review monthly project billing invoices to confirm correct manpower & reimbursable charges. Follow-up with client questions pertaining to billing invoices and confirm final payment with accounting. Review employee time-sheets as it pertains to assigned projects. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies. Qualifications COMPUTER SOFTWARE SKILS: Must be proficient in the use of: Revit AutoCAD Microsoft Excel and Word Must gain experience in the use of: Adobe Photoshop EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Four year degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited college or university. Minimum 8 years professional experience within the Interior Design / Architectural CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: NCIDQ certified PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
