The Warehouse Supervisor oversees, directs and leads the assigned warehouse staff to achieve departmental targets while maintaining a safe and efficient operation and executing services to meet AHEAD's quality standards.Duties/Responsibilities

The Director, Global Safety & Physical Security will build and lead a scalable, enterprise program that protects our people, facilities, and operations worldwide. When in scope, plan and execute directory and cloud identity modernization efforts, including hybrid integration and migration activities.
Troubleshoot identity infrastructure issues and provide advanced technical support and guidance.
Develop identity policies, procedures, standards, and documentation; perform technical health checks across identity platforms and environments.
Contribute to business development by helping qualify identity needs and supporting proposals.
Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of AHEAD identity service offerings.
Requirements
5+ years of identity and access management experience across one or more of workforce IAM, IGA, PAM, and access/entitlement governance.
Consulting experience leading client identity engagements end-to-end is required, including discovery, requirements, solution design, delivery leadership, and executive-ready documentation.
In-depth knowledge of SSO, MFA, directory services, federation protocols, lifecycle automation, and cloud identity management.
Proven experience with complex provisioning/de-provisioning and identity lifecycle scenarios.
Familiarity with common security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Proficiency with RESTful APIs and scripting; ability to produce clear technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to mentor and lead within multi-workstream delivery.
Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical identity concepts into actionable recommendations.
Certifications are required. Candidates must hold at least one current identity-related certification. We prioritize candidates with certifications aligned to Delinea and Microsoft Entra ID, followed by Okta, CyberArk, Veza, SailPoint, or comparable identity platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings strong delivery experience with Delinea and strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID. Experience with Okta, CyberArk, Veza, and/or SailPoint is beneficial.
Experience delivering identity programs that span multiple platforms and identity domains (IAM/IGA/PAM/entitlement governance).

Help lead the Foundry Operational Technology team that powers an industrial scale integration engine. You will own the operational networks, security as well as the custom operational platforms that drive our automation tooling. Deliver rock solid remote client connectivity with VPNs, custom network creation, and VM provisioning for staging.
Manage on premises Nutanix clusters which host production tooling & remote access platform.

We are seeking a Quality Training Compliance Manager to lead and govern training compliance across our Foundry organization. This role ensures that employees are properly trained, and that training records meet ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements. The position partners with department leaders to define training needs, maintain accurate documentation, and support audit readiness. While this role oversees compliance and governance, it does not have full instructional design responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a training compliance framework aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
Ensure training plans exist for all roles and are updated as processes evolve.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and support ISO audits with documentation and reporting
Monitor training completion, retraining requirements, and compliance gaps.
Partner with department managers to identify training needs tied to new or updated procedures
Coordinate onboarding and retraining activities; enable content development without owning sole creation
Provide guidance to departmental trainers and ensure consistency in training practices
Administer and optimize training tracking tools, including Learning Management System (LMS) where applicable
