The Staff Pharmacist carries out duties assigned by the Director and departmental policy and procedures; interprets, compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies according to written or verbal physician orders and/or prescriptions issued by an authorized prescriber; provides requested medication information to health care professionals and patients, participates in clinical pharmaceutical services, and provides pharmaceutical care to patients. We are looking for a Per Diem Pharmacist to help during busy times and cover vacations if available. Hours will vary dependent on availability of candidate(s) and need of company.
