Position Summary
As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician I - Sterile Compounding you will be working with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies within the clean room environment. The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner. The Pharmacy Technician position is responsible for utilizing their clinical and IV/TPN knowledge alongside the pharmacist to provide specialty infusion services that will be delivered/ administered to patients in their homes.
As part of the Coram Sterile Compounding team you will utilize your clinical knowledge and provide our patients with the smooth service and delivery of their medication to their homes. Additional responsibilities of the Licensed Pharmacy Technician I - Sterile Compounding include:
- Preparation and compounding of sterile products
- Maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to 797 requirements
- Documentation of IV admixture and clean room suite sterility testing
- Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports
- Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs
- Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners and patients
- Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas

About the Role
The Chief Network Officer (CNO) will oversee all aspects of the organization's Investor Network, Policy Network, and Company Network initiatives, leading and overseeing strategic planning, management systems, operations, program implementation, and business development.

The CNO is responsible for leading a team of subject matter experts across diverse disciplines and implementing effective strategies, initiatives, fee for service models, and campaigns that increase membership and network activity to advance Ceres' mission. The CNO will ensure regular evaluation, outcome and impact measurement, and communication across Ceres' networks. The CNO will interface with outside organizations and assist with planning and executing our fundraising efforts. The CNO will also manage special projects to grow or enhance initiatives and membership priorities.

This role supports resident health and satisfaction by following menus, dietary requirements, food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a long-term care setting.
Job Duties
Meal Preparation & Service
Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and daily meal census
Adjust recipes as needed and minimize food waste
Plate meals attractively, ensuring proper portion control
Meet scheduled meal times and assist with snack and water passes
Food Safety & Handling
Follow strict personal hygiene and food safety practices
Monitor and document food and equipment temperatures
Properly thaw, store, label, and date food items
Prevent cross-contamination and cook foods to required internal temperatures
Comply with Minnesota Food Code and infection control policies
Receiving & Storage
Receive and inspect food and supplies for quality and quantity
Store food properly in dry storage, refrigerators, coolers, and freezers
Record food and supply shortages
Sanitation & Equipment
Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining areas, and work surfaces
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Teamwork & Support
Work collaboratively with dietary and facility staff
Assist with training and orientation of new employees
Communicate resident care needs and changes to the team
Provide coverage and support to ensure adequate resident care
Respond appropriately to emergency situations
