This entry-level position welcomes candidates with or without prior education or experience. What's most vital is your enthusiasm to work with children, including those with special needs and limited English proficiency.
Physical demands entail extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, as well as the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
You should also be comfortable sitting on the floor, crawling, running, and performing tasks associated with caring for children aged 0-5.

EDUCATION/TRAINING: High school graduate and must be currently certified in the state of MT as a CNA. Must have a valid driver's license.
SKILLS: Listening and speaking skills; legible penmanship; interpersonal communication skills in working with the public, doctors and various other departments. Empathy and ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with all types of patients. Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise. Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking and stooping is required. A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time. Under clinical supervision of a physician and direct supervision of the Manager/Director, the Physician Assistant provides general medical care, treatment and health care services to patients within the scope of their licensure and expertise level of the supervising physician.
Essential Job Functions
* Supports and models behaviors consistent with the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic and department/service.
* Examines patients and performs comprehensive physical examination, compiles patient medical data including health history and results of physical examination.

Properly use seat harnesses, securely loading and unloading children while following safety procedures. Conduct counts using the Daily Children Sign In/Out Form and perform the Bus Unloading Procedure.
Maintain constant accountability on the bus, releasing children only to authorized individuals. Conduct a final check at the end of each route to ensure no children are left behind.
Independently count children upon arrival at the center before unloading, remaining on the bus until receiving confirmation that all children are accounted for.
Conduct a thorough visual check of the bus interior, under seats, and in every seat, ensuring no child is left behind. Perform the Post Trip Inspection procedure before moving the bus from the loading zone.
Foster a positive, warm, caring, and respectful environment on the bus, promoting positive interactions with children.
Demonstrate awareness and responsiveness to children's needs, encouraging freedom of expression. Implement age-appropriate learning activities based on the curriculum and School Readiness Plan.
