4. Contact the parents of the ill or injured students in accordance with established health office policy and, if necessary, prepares the student(s) to be transported.
5. Communicate with appropriate school personnel regarding disposition of student(s) sent to the health office.
6. Record health office visits, students' symptoms and the disposition.
7. Assist in communicable disease prevention by reviewing and communicating immunization needs of students.
8. Assist with health screening activities.
9. Maintain and file health office records.
10. Maintain a clean and neat health room environment.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned per Health Services Supervisor, school nurse and/or building principal.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Certification required.
Certified by the State of Wisconsin for medication administration. CBRF/AL medication training does not qualify.
Maintained working 100 hours as a Med Admin Aide and 4 hours of medication training per calendar year since completing program.
