SUMMARY: A Medication Technician/Caregiver will work together with the Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director to ensure that resident care goals are being met, including providing personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to all residents.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform position specific job duties at an acceptable level. Job responsibilities are completed by following established guidelines and protocols within the appropriate time frame. An individual will also demonstrate good skills in all forms of communication. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: The ability to read, write, speak clearly and follow written and oral instructions. Must be willing and able to make decisions when responsible for the facility.
Other skills and Abilities: Must be aware and understand the needs of the elderly. Must be able to recognize unusual behavior or physical condition of residents and report those observances to the Health and Wellness Coordinator and Executive Director. Must be thoroughly familiar with all policies and procedures of the facility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job position requires moderate physical demands. Duties may include frequent walking, stooping/kneeling/bending, lifting/carrying, and pushing/pulling during work.

The Town of Fort Myers Beach Parks & Recreation Department is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Seasonal Recreation Aide to support our programs and events during the holiday season and/or summer months. Position Summary
Seasonal Recreation Aides assist with the planning, setup, and facilitation of recreational programs, special events, camps, fitness activities, and general community programming. Seasonal positions may include daytime. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on program and event needs.

clock for several days on short notice.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, providing information, and assist with program registrations.
Set up and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for participants.
Supervise and monitor program participants to ensure their safety and compliance with department policies and guidelines.
Assist in organizing and promoting recreational events through marketing materials, social media, and community outreach.
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and program evaluations.
Collaborate with other department staff and volunteers to coordinate and support various activities.
Handle emergency situations and administer basic first aid as needed, following department protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized program area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Attend training and staff meetings to stay updated on department policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Prepares activities for before and after school care or day camp.
Assists with creating promotional flyers as assigned.

Position Information:
TheHeart Care Transition Clinic is a specialized medical office for cardiac patients recently discharged from the hospital to receive follow-up medical care. The Heart Care Transition team works with the cardiologist to ensure patients get the follow-up care needed in a timely manner. These clinics focus on patients with a diagnosis of Heart Failure, AFib, and other chronic cardiac conditions to provide follow-up care, medication and diagnostics review and focus on in-depth patient education as a means to assist patients with diet and lifestyle changes as a means to liaise care back to the patient primary cardiologist and mitigate readmissions. This candidate would possibly be rotating between the Heart Care Transition Clinic and rapid diuresis.This position is primarily based out of our Metro Parkway and HealthPark Medical Center, however training and orientation will require floating to all 4 of our acute care facilities. The schedule is Monday - Friday with 8-hour shifts (the practice may consider a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts for the right candidate. There is no call and no weekends!
Qualifications:
* Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant
* Active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain this license prior to start
* Current BLS credentials through the American Heart Association (ACLS may be required as identified/area of specialty)
* Preferred: Minimum 1 year of Advanced Provider Experience in the field of cardiology
