What You Will Do
Prepare, administer and document prescription medications and treatments, as assigned by supervisor.
Attend to resident care needs as care planned and document.

Perform and document special tasks including blood glucose readings, pulse oximetry readings, established inhalation therapy.
Review resident Care Worksheets to ensure all needs are identified accurately, plans are complete, and goals are accomplished as defined; report any changes to Charge Nurse.

Leaderships skills
High school diploma or GED
