Submits documentation as evidenced by reports: (a) utilizes the MobileCare system daily to verify schedules and care plans; (b) enters progress notes as outlined in policy 90% of the time; (c) enters employee time via MobileCare system accurately and timely; (d) submits accurate time and travel sheets at least weekly; and (e) submits other data to supervisor as requested on a timely basis. Requirements for Hospice Nursing Assistant: 1. Listed as a CNA with DHSR, as evidence by successfully completed training & has not had a lapse of 24 consecutive months where the aide has not provided services for compensation. 2. Current CPR certification. 3. Ability to read and write. 4. Must be dependable and capable of dealing pleasantly and tactfully with patients, family, staff, and the public. 5.
