Transfer techniques include standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. Patients requiring moderate to maximum assistance and weighing over 200 pounds are lifted and/or transferred by two persons. Performs documentation such as daily progress notes, treatment modules, and behavior modification documentation. Performs organizational/administrative projects such as filing and light typing. Sets up and dismantles patient charts in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience and Education Educational Background: High School graduation or GED required. Some college preferred. Licensing as Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required. Work Experience: Experience in rehabilitation or related field is preferred.
