Unlike set-schedule staff, On-Call Residential Aides must be flexible and available to cover any shift as needed: 12am - 8am, 8am - 4pm, or 4pm - 12am. The Residential Aides ensure that the participants of the transitional shelter are safe, monitor access to the facility, maintain an accurate count of the number of people in the facility, provide hourly tours of the facility, and maintain confidentiality of the facility.
