Teacher's Aide for the 2026-2027 School Year The Geneva School is a mission-driven school established in 1993. Essential Duties Specific Job Responsibilities: Assist teachers with administrative duties and activity preparation so that they may primarily focus on teaching Prepare classroom materials as directed. The Brooks Rehabilitation Institute of Higher Learning is seeking Orthopaedic residents to join the 2026-2027 Residency cohort. All residents are employed as full-time staff therapists within Brooks Rehabilitation while enrolled in the program. The yearlong training consists of three components of learning that include didactic/psychomotor classes, clinical mentoring, and directed learning activities. The Transport Aide is responsible for safely transporting PPEC center children to and from the facility, supporting nursing staff during transport, and assisting with basic care needs as directed. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. The Transport Aide plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well -being of all children during transport and transition periods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely transport children to and from the facility using the company transport van. Assist with loading and unloading children from the transport vehicle, ensuring safety and correct use of restraints. Obtain and document children's vital signs in the EMR as directed by the Registered Nurse. Document transport -related activities, intake/output (if applicable), and any notable observations in the EMR. Communicate effectively with parents during pick -up and drop -off, relaying any information from the nursing team as needed. Assist with direct care tasks under RN supervision, including: Changing diapers and cleaning children as needed. Ensuring children are prepared for transport (clothing, supplies, medical equipment). Conduct pre -transport and post -transport diaper checks; change diapers if needed before leaving for home. Support classroom or daycare activities when not engaged in transport duties, as directed by the RN or facility manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the transport van and ensure required supplies are stocked. Document check -in and check -out activity in Procare software. Follow all safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and infection -control standards during transport. Report to the nurse in charge before ending the shift or clocking out. Follow the daycare's lunch break and shift policies. RequirementsJob Requirements Must have at least one (1) year of experience working with infants, toddlers, or children in a care or educational setting. Must hold a valid CPR certification. Must work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse at all times. Must be able to safely drive or ride on the transport van as required.
