Qualifications Required: Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field - or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general ERP or job-tracking systems. Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes (casting, machining, coating, inspection).
