Applicants must have care and compassion for our elderly residents, be highly motivated, have good time management skills and have the ability to multi-task, Successful candidates must be dependable, patient, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and have good time management skills. RMAs will be required to provide proof of the Registered Medication License from the department of Health Professions, and successfully pass criminal background check. Qualifications Registered Medication Aides will be required to assist our residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medications. JOB DUTIES Responsible for administering medication to and assisting residents with the self-administration of medications in accordance with a physician's order. Prepare and assist with and document the administration of medication, following accepted practices in accordance with State regulations. Maintain proper records in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and the resident's medical file. Coordination of processing new orders, re-orders and discontinued orders between resident's physician, the pharmacy and the community.
