North Clackamas School District participates in the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System (PERS and OPSRP) on behalf of its employees. The district contributes the employer portion; there is also a mandatory employee portion. Upon eligibility, which is defined as working at least six full calendar months in a qualifying position, the employee is required to contribute 6% as their employee portion, via payroll deduction. Position Summary
Inclusion Aides are responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher and the Assistant Teacher with classroom operations in a team-teaching setting. The Inclusion Aide will assist classroom teachers in the instructional process, reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom environment and occasionally leading activities.
The Inclusion Aide will be assisting teachers to support children at all levels to help them engage in the classroom activities alongside their peers. Essential Job Functions:
Patient Support: Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Helping to create a positive work environment and culture of the clinic ensuring that patients needs are taking care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile
Equipment Setup: Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.

Qualifications:
