Certification in Basic Life Support. Experience: Six months experience as a Restorative Aide/C.N.A. in a long-term care environment preferred or on the job training by designee. Required Skills: Must demonstrate competency in basic clinical skills to provide personal care to residents. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace as essential functions of the job. Honesty and maintaining a professional composure are important aspects of the job. Physical Demands: Must be in good physical and mental health. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
