The Opportunity: We are seeking to hire a Residential Aide to join our Residential Treatment Teams. This individual will provide assistance to residents in various residential settings in the community and will provide training and support to the extent determined by each individual's service plan. This role is different from many Residential Aide positions as these are hands-off facilities - there is no expectation for bathing, dressing, grooming, etc. of residents. The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee.
