What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Nice to Haves - Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries.
Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

Attends neonatal through geriatric resuscitations and manages the airway, ventilation, and oxygenation during CPR.
Assists with special procedures such as tracheotomy, thoracentesis, chest tube and arterial line insertion.
Assesses patient, their need and ability to tolerate treatment and reassesses for response to treatment. Formulates an appropriate Respiratory Care plan based upon patient assessment.
Communicates changes in the Respiratory Care plan with other healthcare team members.
Formulates a teaching plan based on identified learning needs of a patient and evaluates effectiveness of learning, including patient's family in teaching as appropriate.
Performs fundamental and advanced diagnostic procedures on neonates through geriatric, as appropriate, such as complete pulmonary function, bronchoscopy assist, conscious sedation monitoring, oximetry, capnography, EKGs and Holter monitors.
Performs arterial punctures, arterial line sampling, and heel sticks for blood gas sampling.
Maintains clinical and professional competency based upon established standards of practice.
Assembles, checks, and corrects malfunctions and performs quality controls on Cardiopulmonary equipment to include blood gas analyzers.
Documents all pertinent data on the patient's medical record following completion of any service. Maintains a thorough knowledge of all department forms, flow charts, logbooks and their proper usage.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the differences in techniques and treatment modalities performed on patients of varying ages from neonate to geriatric.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
· Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
· Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
· Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

Public Affairs & Multimedia Communications Specialist Candidates Provide support and services to SRR as a Public Affairs & Multimedia Communications Specialist based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS). Supports SRR mission and success by strengthening media and public relations and raising awareness of SRR mission, reputation, and brand. Assists in developing and implementing media and public relations strategy through effective communications and coordinates efforts with the SRR Marketing and Communications Team to implement media and public relations plan to support initiatives and events.
The Public Affairs & Multimedia Communications Specialist is responsible for providing a wide range of internal and external communications services to support the Company's commitment to providing effective and integrated messaging and brand enhancement. Serves as the communications specialist for emergency operations, Assist with public events, press conferences, meetings, and public appearances, write content, garners appropriate approvals, and effectively develops and disseminates SRR communications, including press releases, media packets, feature stories, website content, emails, newspapers, magazines, social media content and internal communication pieces.
