Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a general outpatient setting with preference for candidates with outpatient experience.
Responsibilities
Outpatient clinic environment with no requirement to float to other clinics
Patient population consists of general outpatient cases
Expect to see 12-14 patients per day including double-booking of follow up visits
Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
8-hour day shifts with up to 40 hours per week
No on-call requirement
Double-booking of follow up visits should be expected for this role
Holiday coverage may be required depending on clinic needs
Local candidates are defined as residing within 50 miles of the clinic
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Requirements
Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
Outpatient experience preferred
Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
Will consider Physical Therapist Assistants
Candidates must meet any state licensure requirements

Job Description
American Traveler seeks a Speech Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and South Carolina licensure to provide evaluation and treatment for inpatient and outpatient populations.
Responsibilities
Work in a speech therapy unit within a hospital setting
Caseload includes hospital inpatients, outpatient adults, and outpatient pediatric patients
Flexible schedule with options for either a four-day (Monday-Thursday) or five-day (Monday-Friday) workweek
Typical shift is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for expressive and receptive language disorders, cognitive disorders, speech disorders, dysphagia, fluency, voice, and social communication
Develop plans of care using measurable short- and long-term goals tailored to individual patient needs
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary medical teams for optimal outcomes
Supervise specific treatment teams and assist in scheduling adjustments
Maintain timely and accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Participate in departmental professional development, mentorship, and performance improvement initiatives
Adhere to American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Code of Ethics and SC LLR guidelines
Uphold health and safety standards for self and patients
Requirements
Current applicable licensure through South Carolina LLR
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Current AHA Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
License required if applicable

Responsibilities
Work in a home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Day shift position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Average daily caseload of 5 to 7 patients, subject to confirmation during interview
On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
Territory may cover up to a 60-mile radius from the central office
EMR used is HCHB; previous experience required
Use of iPad provided for work-related documentation
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Scrubs required (any color); jeans are not permitted
Timely documentation and effective communication are essential responsibilities
Traveler is expected to be adaptable regarding territory assignments
First-time travelers will be considered for this assignment
