This has included P&L responsibility for hospitalist and other programs, leadership of 750+ physicians and other medical staff spanning 60 sites, and successfully launching, developing, and leading new service lines and growth in emerging markets. I have also worked in close collaboration with hospitals, health systems, and payors to apply innovations in population health and care delivery systems to drive patient-centric goals and improved clinical outcomes.

Joel Cesario is the Senior Vice President of Business Administration for AIM Specialty Health® (AIM). In his role, Joel leads the finance and business operations activities of the company. Joel joined AIM in 2008. Prior to joining AIM, Joel was Vice President, Financial Operations for SXC Health Solutions, Inc. (SXC). During his 11 years at SXC, Joel worked in various roles including Vice President Corporate Controller, Vice President Business Operations, and Vice President Financial Operations. Joel brings a wealth of financial operations experience including pricing new products and creating views of client profitability across different service and delivery platforms. Joel was also very close to the recruiting and facility expansion processes at SXC during the company's periods of significant growth. Prior to joining the SXC, Joel worked in Public Accounting and private industry. Joel is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Nancy Armatas is a General Counsel & Chief Administrative Office at AIM Specialty Health and is based in Greater Chicago Area. She has worked as Partner at POPOVITS & ROBINSON, Of Counsel at McDermott Will & Emery, and Corporate Counsel at University of Chicago Health System.
