Bartender Qualifications:
* At least 1-2 years experience with bartending at high volume bars and/or nightclubs.
* Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
* Formal bartending training preferred.
* Must meet state legal age requirements.
* Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
* Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, cooks, wait staff, and supervisors.
* Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
* Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.

Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards
Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed
Provide guidance to guests on resort activities, dining options, and general resort and regional information
Perform other duties as assigned
Bartender Qualifications
One year prior bartending experience required
Hospitality experience preferred
Excellent oral communication skills required
Positive interpersonal skills required
