To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:
5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.
A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered.

This position will coordinate and manage, from inception through execution, a high volume of both large and small events at the college. Duties include but are not limited to: scheduling, planning, and execution of events, including meeting with clients to define expectations and requirements, developing and reviewing event plans, and conducting pre-event meetings and walkthroughs. The position coordinates event support services, which include, but are not limited to, planning security logistics, working with internal and external vendors to secure event rentals and other needed materials, and coordinating with Support Logistics staff as needed. This position reports to the Director of Events and is responsible for receiving materials and information related to event software and college policies & procedures. This position will manage high-profile events of significant importance to the college's mission and vision.
Event Planning & Production:
Coordinate and organize events on the Aims campus, including department or program-sponsored events, educational partnerships, community outreach, and private/corporate functions as approved and assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients on the event planning process as needed by conducting tours, providing booking instructions and information, and reviewing detailed contract stipulations and information
Provide consultation for prospective and confirmed clients about event layout and flow in event spaces.
Create and manage the timeline, program, and task list for all assigned events
Lead all event planning and production meetings and discussions for assigned events.
Organize and lead collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team on event concept, graphic design/production/printing, and event marketing.
Order and arrange all needed supplies for events.
Coordinate audiovisual operation with Support Logistics staff.
Secure and manage event-related volunteers and student employees as needed, including day-of event coordination.
Secure guest speakers and entertainment as needed; review speeches, coordinate rehearsals, and work with the communications team on approval of materials.
Schedule and maintain communication with all parties involved with the preparation, set up, tear down, and management of the event.
Manage on-site production and vendor needs, assist with day-of-event logistical moves, and attend events as needed.
Significant involvement in the planning and execution of all commencement activities and other college signature events.
Event Management & Administration:
Assist with preparing or following budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.
Keep track of event finances, including check requests, invoicing, and reporting, in coordination with the Events Staff Associate.
Prepare and modify event contracts as requested in coordination with the Events Staff Associate.
Serve as backup to event-related software and management.
Create and revise room layouts/seating arrangements for each event as necessary in coordination with Support Logistics staff.
Organize and manage the invitation, registration, and attendee check-in processes for assigned events.
Conduct pre-event, post-event, and walkthrough meetings.
Conduct event debriefs with key event stakeholders following each event.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, or another related field; plus, one year of related experience or an equivalent of education and/or work experience.

College for Kids at Aims Community College provides an enrichment summer program for students ages 9-12. The classes offered by this program are educational and inspiring in a fun, creative, and inviting environment. Each location's schedule runs Monday-Thursday, with participants taking two classes with a lunch break. Morning courses will run from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Afternoon courses will run from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. Instructors will teach the same class in the morning and the afternoon for all four days. Instructors will work from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm with a modified schedule on Mondays and Thursdays to allow for class setup and breakdown. Candidates selected to instruct are expected to be available to teach all four weeks, pending facility availability at each location.
College for Kids will have sessions at the Aims Community College campuses at Fort Lupton, Windsor, and Greeley. The Loveland sessions will be at Peakview Academy:

Key Responsibilities:
The College for Kids (C4K) Instructor is responsible for providing creative, engaging, and organized instruction to C4K students. The instructor's curriculum should be designed to include best teaching practices and direct alignment with: college and career readiness, career opportunities, personal development, high school preparedness, and/or social and emotional learning. Instructors will utilize appropriate College resources, materials, facilities, and educational technologies available to complement the teaching and learning process while following C4K and Aims Community College policies and procedures.
Job Duties:
* Report to work punctually and adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule, timeliness of work hour entries.
* Communicate with the College for Kids Coordinator and accompanying staff members efficiently and effectively throughout the program via verbal communication, phone call, or email.

The Residential Coordinator is a live-on position responsible for the management and administration of a university residential facility or facilities that house between 300-600 students. Program Administration (50%)
* Provide leadership in the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Recreational Sports program that includes Intramural Sports, Club Sports, Adaptive Recreation, and Informal Recreation opportunities for students of all skill levels.
* Oversee the planning and administration of leagues, tournaments, and events that foster participation, community engagement, and healthy competition.
* Supervise the operations and compliance of 16 active Club Sports teams, including budget oversight, travel coordination, and adherence to university and governing body policies.
* Oversee program marketing and communication efforts, including coordinating updates to the website, social media, and promotional materials, to enhance participation and visibility across campus.
* Collaborate with the School of Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Dietetics to develop and support internship and co-op experiences that provide students with meaningful co-curricular learning and career preparation opportunities.
* Develop and promote collaborative initiatives with campus partners including, adaptive and inclusive recreation activities, such as Special Olympics Unified programming.
* Manage program logistics, including facility scheduling, resource coordination, and the effective use of registration and participant management software systems.

* Ensure that indoor and outdoor facilities, equipment, and program areas are properly prepared, maintained, and operated to provide a safe environment for participants, staff, and spectators.
* Maintain current instructor certifications in American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED; coordinate and instruct certification courses for Campus Recreation.
Assessment and Reporting (10%)
* Administer online assessments and surveys to evaluate participant satisfaction, gather feedback, and measure achievement of learning outcomes.
* Prepare and compile comprehensive reports and program statistics for Intramural and Club Sports for inclusion in the Campus Recreation Annual Report.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of injuries, incidents, and return-to-play documentation, ensuring participant safety and compliance with reporting protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Coaching, Physical Education, or related field is required. Because this position will work with and mentor graduate students, a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of full-time professional experience coordinating and developing recreational sports programs in a collegiate setting is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience with sport officiating, officials training, staff supervision, risk management, and sport program operations. Additional experience that is preferred includes recreation program development, familiarity with NIRSA club and intramural sports standards, and proficiency with Fusion software.
Certification/Registration/Licensing:
* American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED certification is required.
* American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED Instructor certification is required or must be obtained within the first month of employment.
* High School or NIRSA certifications in sports officiating is preferred.

Position Summary:
The ASL Language Lab Assistant will provide ASL instructional support to UNC students enrolled in ASL I-VI campus-based and online coursework. Job Duties:

As a member of the Department, the ASL Language Lab Assistant will need to be familiar with federal laws (e.g., FERPA) and UNC policies (e.g., technology users' policy), as well as some of the external regulatory bodies that influence the ASLIS philosophy and course design (e.g., American Council on Teaching Foreign Language, Commission on Collegiate Interpreter Education).
Finally, the ASL Language Lab Assistant will work with technology in the lab and at a distance and need familiarity with these media.

The Student Support Services Advisor is responsible for recruiting and welcoming participants, assessing their needs, and providing academic, career, and financial aid counseling. The advisor assists with transfer services to four-year institutions and with financial aid and transfer processes. Position Summary:
The primary role of the Ruyle Art Collection Manager is to manage the facilities, registration duties, and operations of the Ruyle Art Collection. This part-time endowed staff position stewards the lifetime collection of artwork, as well as drafts, papers, and other archival matter including books, photos, and other materials from the estate of artist and educator Lydia Ruyle. This collection serves as a learning laboratory for curriculum in curatorial studies and public history. Cataloging, digitizing, and archiving are important aspects of this position as well as expanding interpretation, preservation, and educational aspects of the collection. There will be some supervision of interns, volunteers, and student employees associated with the galleries as well as opportunities to collaborate on exhibition installations. Job Duties:
* Catalog the entire Ruyle Art Collection including work in the Lydia and Robert Ruyle Gallery, the Lydia Ruyle study and research room in Guggenheim Hall, the UNC Library Archives, and any other Ruyle connected works that may be identified.
* Work within UNC marketing parameters to create a website that shares information about Lydia Ruyle and her work including digitizing all of the artwork and cataloging materials in study and research room

Position Summary:
UNC's Center for International Education (CIE) is the university-wide office dedicated to comprehensive internationalization for students, faculty, and staff. The CIE team develops and implements international activities that support teaching, learning, research, and global engagement throughout the university. The Intensive English Program (IEP) resides under the CIE's umbrella. It is a CEA-accredited, in-house academic language program aimed at serving diverse linguistic and cultural needs of English language learners and providing professional development training to EFL/ESL educators. IEP is a 7-level program that fuses cross-cultural immersion with focused English language instruction to create a unique and distinctive college preparatory experience to ensure the students' future academic success and career readiness.
Job Duties:
Teaching
Teach academic English to English language learners in the following courses: Reading and Writing, Listening and Speaking, Grammar, and Academic Vocabulary.
Meet during assigned classes at scheduled times online or in person.
Organize instructional planning according to the IEP curriculum and individual student learning outcomes in each course/level.
Administer formative and summative assessments.
Keep and report student attendance.
Actively utilize the university's Learning Management System (Canvas) in each course.
Reporting and Student Advising
Conduct mid-term and final grade reporting in a timely fashion
Provide feedback and consultations based on the results of the reports
Keep regular student hours in person and/or online (2 hours per week).
Upload copies of the final grade reports, final exams, and assessment rubrics in a designed SharePoint location
Professional Development
Attend and participate in IEP faculty meetings.
Stay informed about the best practice in the field of TESOL and adjust teaching practices accordingly.
