Key duties
Provide cargo customer service to the public, other airlines, agencies, and internal staff, handling inquiries and processing shipments in accordance with company standards.
Receive, deliver, and physically handle cargo, mail, and COMAT using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts; operate company vehicles as required.
Compute rates, book shipments, and advise customers on customs and regulatory requirements, including the acceptance and processing of hazardous materials.
Manage cash and documentation in line with company procedures; input and track data using the company's automated cargo systems.
Investigate shipment issues, complete reports, and compile statistical data to support operational efficiency.
Ensure adequate supplies are available and communicate procedural updates to staff as needed.
In the absence of leadership, make and document operational decisions to maintain workflow and protect company interests.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license;
Must have valid passport to travel for training in Canada;
Ability to lift seventy (70) lbs unaided;
Ability to efficiently use the Company's automated reservations, ticketing and baggage tracing systems post-training;

What Will You Be Doing?
The Coordinator, Inflight Training Administration is responsible for the scheduling and recordkeeping of FAA regulated Flight Attendant training and evaluation. The Coordinator must work proactively to identify the training needs of each Flight Attendant, including Initial Training, Initial Operating Experience (IOE), and Recurrent Training. The Coordinator will deal directly with the scheduling of new hire Flight Attendants, IOEs, and Recurrent Training, to include travel and accommodations. In addition, the Coordinator will assist in the scheduling of Inflight Support Coaches (ISCs) which will operate the IOEs with new hire Flight Attendants. The Coordinator will also assist with training of new Coordinators and will continue to provide support and guidance to the team. The Coordinator will be the daily check that all Flight Attendant qualifications are being maintained and all Flight Attendants are operating legally under FAA regulations. The Coordinator will also provide administrative support as needed to the Inflight Training Leadership team and assist with various department operational needs.

* Identify surplus airframe and airframe parts from airlines, maintenance facilities, leasing companies, and part brokers
* Manage and negotiate airframe material and component packages for purchasing and sale
* Maintain vendor and customer relations to sustain business relations with existing business partners
* Monitor regional USM market to develop new material sources and find new customer opportunities
* Explore business opportunities and projects on USM material packages with vendors and customers; consider reciprocal business
* Monitor progress of USM material projects and initiate corrective measures to ensure success
* Financial responsibility for all assigned accounts
* Support, cooperate, and communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
You must fulfill the following requirements:
* High school diploma/GED required
* College degree/vocational training desirable
* Bachelor's degree desirable
* 1-2 years of experience in Aviation / Customer Service / Contract Management
* Fluency in English language required
* German and/or Spanish language desirable
* Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Accounting and Customer Service required
* Expert knowledge in SAP
* Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and AvSight
* Excellent ability to work under pressure
* Strong adaptability
* Excellent flexibility
* Excellent business sense
* Excellent cost consciousness
* Excellent communication skills

* Strong project management
