POSITION OVERVIEW:
The BAS Account Executive will serve as the liaison between Applied Controls and their customers. Their core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. It is the intent to fill this role with a candidate that has the desire to progress into a leadership role. This role will serve as a stepping-stone to a management position at Applied Controls in the near future.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estimate, bid, and sell Building Automation/Controls construction, service, and PM agreement opportunities.
Drive sales of Johnson Controls, Honeywell, and Carrier open protocol Building Automation Systems.
Routinely call on and maintain/strengthen relationships with existing Applied Controls customers to drive service sales.
Manage projects sold and work diligently/negotiate with customers, General Contractors, Applied Controls Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractors to complete projects efficiently and under the estimated budget.
Attend project construction meetings and maintain relationships with General Contractors as necessary.
Train, develop and advise other account executives, technicians and management as necessary.
Assist other account executives with estimating and bidding as required.
Work with Air Comfort Sales Engineers to address Air Comfort's in-house needs and generate additional revenue from Air Comfort projects.
Track project's lost; find competitive position in the market and ways to improve bidding experience.
Make contact with school districts, public entities, hospitals, engineers, architects and new potential customers to qualify Applied Controls as an authorized control contractor for Honeywell, Carrier, and Johnson Controls open protocol systems.
Attend industry related meetings and events to represent Applied Controls and drive sales.
Build a data base of existing Honeywell, Carrier, and Johnson Controls open protocol buildings in the Chicagoland area and provide to Business Development Manager for marketing purposes.
Work Closely with customers, architects and engineers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 10-years of experience in a BAS sales-driven, account management position
Leadership experience a plus
Outgoing personality; excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Salary Range: $120k - $150k

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Project Manager / Estimator will serve as the liaison between Air Comfort and their customers. Their core priority is selling and managing Plan and Specification projects and developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors and coworkers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimating piping and sheet metal construction projects.
Review Plans and Specifications for completeness and prepare RFI's for additional information as required.
Prepare Design/Build proposals as required.
Prepare permit drawings as required.
Serve as Project Manager for construction projects sold.
Prepare shop and as-built CAD drawings for construction projects as required.
Develop project schedules.
Obtain installation permits as required.
Order equipment and materials; issue purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare project scopes and procure quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for favorable pricing.
Ongoing job tracking of projects in progress.
Assist in resolution of problems that arise during construction projects.
Continually update sheet meal and piping estimating software to ensure accurate material costs.
Perform postmortem analysis on completed projects, comparing estimated costs to actual costs incurred.
Manage project close-out documentation, including: as-built drawings, warranty letters, start-up reports, balancing reports, IOM's, etc.
Stay abreast of current technology and construction methods in an effort to continually improve production and quality.

Position Summary:

Position Summary:
The Residential Sales Consultant is an outside sales position responsible for developing and closing residential sales and services opportunities through customer education and presentations, using traditional lead-generation techniques as well as internal, lead pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Present comfort options of residential HVAC and water heater products and services to new and established customers.
Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
Create relationships with prospective customer and referral as well initiating calls to generate sales.
Work collaboratively with technical team members, onsite, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
