Mission of the role
The mission of the Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee the receipt, storage, and disbursement of warehoused goods efficiently and on time.
Accountabilities
Accountable for coordinating, assigning, and prioritizing work within the warehouse for a staff of approximately 4 people. Assist in managing departmental rosters, and holiday coverage, and working with the team on time off requests and callouts.
Manage all stock movements and transactions through the WMS. Receive goods. Pull goods and move them to the floor. Conduct physical counts, reconciling with the data storage system. Dating and rotating goods. Put-away goods.
Assist in monitoring the development of the warehouse team through continual job assessments and training needs. Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of good Health and Safety measures in the work environment.
Responsible for warehouse, and HACCP logs, and adhere to food safety practices. Inventory integrity, FIFO practices, and waste control. Ensure all relevant documentation and follow-up are completed on time and accurately.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to develop and promote synergy among internal stakeholders which is customer-focused with a primary emphasis on ensuring that the warehouse department is running efficiently and in compliance.

About the Role:

Processing and Verifying Invoicing:

Maintain vendor relationships and follow up to resolve billing issues

Maintaining HR system by conducting regular data audits in the HR system

Summary
The Assistant Manager - HR Data and Systems position leads the working group responsible for managing and optimizing HR data, HRIS functionality, and reporting across the organization. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data while driving process automation, system enhancements, and analytics that enable strategic HR and business decisions. This role will partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to streamline data processes and maintain compliance across multiple HR platforms.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of the HRIS and related systems, ensuring accurate configurations across modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, and Talent modules)
