How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Manage logistics for EPC projects, focusing on the strategic planning, operations, and management of logistics activities in support of project execution. This includes the transportation of large-scale plant equipment via air, sea, inland, rail, and river barge. Responsibilities encompass sourcing, contract negotiation, delivery schedule management, and on-site logistics execution, while interacting with leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship. Develop and present budgetary assessments and logistics plans for large-scale capital projects to stakeholders. Lead logistics negotiations and manage the execution of services, materials, equipment, and delivery schedules for project workstreams Coordinate with global counterparts across other E&C Centers to manage project cargo logistics and trade compliance activities. Regularly meet with internal stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Create master packing list for each project, and develop execution strategy to secure savings Identify opportunities to enhance competitiveness and streamline logistics processes. Manage the end-to-end logistics sourcing and contracting process for capital projects, including route studies, RFI/RFQ/RFPs. Negotiate and manage third-party logistics costs such as police escorts, highway closures, river barge reservations, rail service, and electrical line removals. Identify potential partnerships with logistics service providers. Evaluate existing contracts to identify savings, risk mitigation strategies, and terms enhancements. Lead Project-Based RFPs with global logistics companies for large-scale project cargo and freight forwarding. Ensure correct use of incoterms across teams and suppliers. Demonstrate expertise in negotiating legal terms and conditions. Monitor and adjust logistics strategies based on economic trends, market intelligence, and supplier performance. Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their logistics needs and optimize savings Ensure compliance with internal processes, including contract filing, bidding, and value creation reporting. Partner with Legal to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide reports to leadership as requested. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Strategic Operations team of ALLIUS is responsible for tactical midterm product supply and pipeline planning, in addition to long-term product supply assurance that includes the strategic development and planning for capacity and demand changes throughout the ALLI-NAM network. The team is responsible for the initiation, development and completion of assurance studies, and communicating the results, risks and recommendations to the business from conception through implementation. There will be 7-10 main collaborators across the LI Operations team at the Head Office (Houston, TX), with interactions betweeen the Strategic Operations team, the SIO Technical Resource team, and the OCC Planning team. This role will support the broader mission of the Strategic Operations teams through data science and strategic process improvement by helping develop solutions that will optimize the consistency and efficiency of internal information packaging to create sustainable transparency and empower thoughtful business decisions by the greater organization. The candidate will be introduced to the cryogenic gas and liquid supply chain and the critical assumptions that drive both inputs and outputs of the modeling and hydraulic simulations routinely performed by the team for mutliple products on multiple and complex pipeline distribution networks. The role will focus on supporting a series of projects that can be replicated from supply network to network and product to product, utilizing (1) statistical analysis, (2) data linking between existing and new tools and platforms, and (3) dashboard development, to contribute the following: - Facilitate better and more aligned understanding between up and downstream product supply chain management teams, - Increase consistency and transparency of data interpretation throughout the larger business entity, - Increase sustainability and decrease team workload of maintaining (a) rationalized and current inputs to and (b) translation for the business stakeholder teams of outputs from the pipeline network hydraulic modeling. Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated RO Membrane Change-Out Crew Member / Field Service Technician to do field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently. This role involves removing and installing 8" reverse osmosis (RO) membranes and providing high-quality service to customers. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute the following tasks: Remove the 8" RO membranes from pressure vessels and install new membranes per specifications. Inspect and prepare housings for membrane installation, ensuring proper seals, O-rings, and end caps are in place. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Turnaround (TAR) Manager will perform periodic turnaround maintenance and corrective maintenance activities within the H2 East Pipeline and Longview plants and Canada. Accountable for compliance with all Air Liquide Policies, including HSE and governmental requirements. Model safe behavior; enforce safety rules; promote safety culture Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure that the scheduling of equipment lock-out and safe work permitting is properly communicated. Ensure effective utilization of the Turnaround (TAR) Work Process Ensure TAR execution is properly planned and staffed, interfacing with HES, Engineering, Controls & Operations to assure adequate participation. Manage TAR execution to meet the scope freeze deliverables of work content, budget and outage duration. Assure issues are resolved in a timely manner to minimize impacts. Communicate TAR status concerns and issues to the Maintenance Center Manager. Drive personal engagement to ensure alignment with TAR objectives and all team members. Ensure strict adherence to the TAR scope change process once the project lockdown date passes. Ensure strict adherence to the Field Change Order process throughout the TAR execution. Coordinate accurate work scope and resource requirements for Field Sourcing Services to provide cost-effective contracting for services and material. Promptly route FCO's, develop a job plans and securing resources in discovery work situations. Maximo work orders are executed according to the specific Job Plan steps. Conduct end-of-day progress meetings daily during TAR execution to update Day-Ahead schedule. Provide accurate and timely reporting on cost and schedule performance during the TARs. Ensure completed Maximo TAR work orders are sufficiently detailed with observations and findings. Drive the optimization of job plans providing feedback to Planners on plan improvements. Conduct post-TAR Lessons Learned sessions Promptly receive TAR POs and complete Maximo work orders in a timely manner. ____________________Are you a MATCH? High school diploma or GED required; 2 year associates degree in a technical field or technical training preferred. 7+ years maintenance experience. Extensive use of the CMMS (Maximo). Experience in the execution of detailed mechanical and electrical job plans. Proficiency in the use of Google Chrome applications, particularly Gmail, Sheets and Drive. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize in periods of peak work volume. Ability to work self-directed, make sound decisions. Willingness/ability to travel up to 40% of the time to fulfill responsibilities and can travel on short notice within US and Canada. Physical Requirements: Has full range of motion; ability to lift 50 lbs. Able to climb ladders, work off elevated platforms/surfaces Able to enter confined spaces for inspection/testing, while wearing fall restraint and respirators Physical range of motion required to climb and descend ladders, work at heights above 50 feet Ability to work on call as needed. Technical Support - Provide engineering support to zone engineering teams responsible for the execution of efficiency and continuous improvement projects at various plant locations within a defined geographical area. Students will become familiar with one or more specific plant technologies (based on location) and existing operational efficiency models.
