The Plant Operator is responsible for efficient operations in Paint and Thermo Plastic.
Here is how you will make an impact:
Understand and execute production including and not limited to the conversion process, extrusion, PLC programing screens, die boards, cut plans, wrapping, forklift operations, packaging, shipping and receiving
Operate respective machinery according to the operation manual, best practices and directions provided
Execute proper settings, calibrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and production output of the equipment
Basic math comprehension, able to convert inches to feet
Able to use handheld tools, including reading a tape measure
Follow directives given by production scheduler, lead, or manager
Remain abreast of departmental and procedure changes and modifications; maintain pace with updated technology
Train other assigned personnel in the operation of respective machine(s)
Comply with all company policies and guidelines
Assist in maintaining a safe environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead or Plant Manager
Here is what you will need to succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience preferred
Must be able and willing to following directions
Able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs.; Stand up to 11 hours daily

The Plant Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas amine treating plants, compressors and pipeline systems via both computer control center and onsite operations. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate natural gas plant and pipeline equipment including, but not limited to: amine treating plants, chilled water gas conditioning skids, reciprocating natural gas compressors, TEG dehydrators, fluid separation equipment, valves, gas measurement equipment, etc.
Operate plant equipment & system.
Start-up/Shutdown of plant equipment.
Adjust controls to operate equipment in the recommended or prescribed operating ranges.
Visually inspect equipment and controls at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment or lubrication.
De-pressure equipment and pipelines.
Operate valves.
Monitor plant and pipeline operations and respond to emergency or upset conditions.
Operate under Process Safety Management (PSM) as required.
Implement safe work practices and participate in proactive safety culture while ensuring safety for the employee, public and environment at all times.
Monitor gas gathering system through SCADA and make calls to alert customers of situations that could affect gas deliveries.
Ensure regulatory compliance and record keeping requirements are met and continually monitored.
Read, monitor and record various operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, hours of operations, fuel consumed, water levels, etc.
Perform minor maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to: reciprocating natural gas compressors, TEG dehydrators, fluid separation equipment, valves, etc.
Monitor, remove and replace filters, oil, chemicals, other lubricating fluids, gaskets, and valves as needed.
Change gauges.
Maintain sites in a clean condition including picking up/taking out trash, control weeds and grassy areas, minor painting, etc.
Clean out site glasses as necessary.
Change out suction/discharge valves on natural gas compressors, light bulbs, and fuses.
Improve upon meeting the needs and demands of customers.
Maintain a near perfect driving record.
Direct and supervise contract labor involved in plant maintenance activities.
Collaborate with direct supervisor on new and improved ideas associated with an evolving plant and pipeline system.
Work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule.
Provide PTO coverage for other personnel when necessary
Attend mandatory safety meetings, company trainings, and elective technical courses during scheduled days off or regularly scheduled work days
Assist company support groups to improve plant operations, maintain equipment, and complete regulatory compliance requirements.

Plant Sanitation OperatorThe Sanitation Operator is responsible for execution of the bottling facility sanitation procedures and standards. The primary focus of the Sanitation Operator is to insure the sanitation systems protect food safety and quality of our beverages. The Sanitation Operator position reports into the Sanitation Lead for the bottling facility.
Essential Functions
Responsible for daily activities for the cleaning and sanitation of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
Accurately completes applicable sanitation, quality and production reports. Physical and visual inspection of process and product is required to prevent non-conforming goods. Correctly reports all sanitation and quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
The Sanitation Operator preforms the cleaning and sanitation procedures, policies and records for our production facility.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving sanitation, food safety and quality issues.
Provide an environmental oversight to the sanitation processes at the bottling facility. Inform the QA Manager of any potential wastewater or discharge issues.
Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Abides by Niagara's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
Demonstrates the aptitude and skill to work in all assigned areas of cleaning/sanitation; troubleshoots minor cleaning/sanitation issues.
Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

The Chemical Lab Operator analyzes the chemical concentration of all chemical processes, using laboratory instruments and equipment, to ensure that all jobs are processed in accordance with work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

What You'll Do:

Perform Ionic contamination testing.
Perform X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing.
Prepare testing samples and perform analytical testing to check chemical concentration based on Truechem schedule.
Record and maintain PAL, Log, and test results. Review lab results and consult with the Manager and Process Engineer if any addition, new make-up, or bailout is needed.
Perform routine scheduled Chemical PMs which include the removal of spent baths, spent rinse water baths and the makeup of fresh baths (per instructions) and rinse baths.
Keep inventory of chemicals and all other laboratory supplies and equipment.
Clean and maintain laboratory equipment.
Assist Wastewater Treatment Department as needed.
Perform other duties as needed.

Position Summary
Overview:
Our team is looking is looking to add an experienced Industrial Wastewater Operations Supervisor to our team that brings a comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Wastewater management.
Guided by a belief in extensive data analysis and a commitment to collaborative global relationships, the Water Treatment and Reclamation (WTR) team is responsible for providing continuous, safe and high quality utilities to our semiconductor factory (Fab). At our water and wastewater plants on the Samsung Semiconductor campus, our Operations teams' drive for sustainability and operational excellence is balanced by our need to adopt tomorrow's technologies to ensure plant resilience, environmental stewardship, and the safety of our staff.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll be Responsible For:
Monitor Equipment/Process: monitors equipment and systems in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve system reliability. Assist others in the area of responsibility to mitigate impacts to equipment and systems. Maintain and operate equipment associated with wastewater treatment process.
Perform equipment rounds and readings. Able to access all equipment areas and systems including but not limited to equipment rooms, chemical areas (including containment bays) and catwalks.
Responds to equipment/system failures and performs initial troubleshooting. Create, maintain, and add improvements to operational SOP's
Skills and Qualifications
Here's What You'll Bring to Samsung:
High School Diploma or technical school certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot treatment systems of municipal and Industrial Wastewater processes. Use data, test results and observations to make informed decisions about process adjustments
Understand the function of basic system equipment such as: transfer valves, pumps, hydraulic systems, and high-pressure air systems. Ability to read and use complicated P&IDs
Stay vigilant of ongoing training and certifications to keep up with regulations and best practices. Ability to read and use complicated P&IDs
