* Offer $1500 Sign- On Bonus* Responsible for fostering a productive work environment while assisting in daily operations within the Logistics Center. Plays a critical role in support of field aircraft operations in picking, shipping, receiving, storing, and testing of inventory, and special tools; to and from vendors or field bases.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
* Picking, shipping and receiving of parts, supplies, and special tools for support of field bases.
* Parts Processing: Processing of Ramco-generated Material Movement Documents for aircraft parts, goods and/or supplies for field maintenance facilities and local shops.
* Parts Shipping: Works closely with scheduling high priority (counter to counter) shipments with various carriers while ensuring that parts are delivered by requested due dates to aircraft undergoing maintenance.
* Budgetary: Requests and adheres to departmental budgets for office and shipping supplies while also adhering to budgetary guidelines for expenses associated with freight and movement of materials within the Air Methods organization
* Quality Control: Adheres to quality control and compliance with all FAA, SOX, and DOD regulations. Maintains the Logistics Center in a neat and organized manner, ensuring a safe work environment.
* Inventory Administration: Partners with Corporate Inventory Administration by conducting scheduled cycle counts of inventory while ensuring accuracy by monitoring labeling, bin assignments, and movement of inventory within the organization. Conducts audits at base locations for Inventory team as needed.
* Inventory Receiving: Performs receipts of aircraft parts, goods and/or supplies from approved vendors ordered on a company purchase or repair order within the Ramco software system. Coordinates with buyers and repair coordinators to obtain necessary traceability and serviceability documentation.
* Parts Delivery: As needed for AOG parts needs, ability to drive to parcel sort centers/airports/bases to hand deliver components to mechanics for OOS aircraft. Ability to perform outside normal hours on-call duties to support AOG parts needs.
* Entry of data into Ramco Aviation Software Systems.
* Performs counts and bay maintenance of inventory. Identifies and formulates root cause for discrepancies.
* Other duties as assigned, to include safe operations in compliance with Air Methods Safety Management System (SMS) and participation in Air Methods 6S lean initiative for organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.

The Breakdown Coordinator will be receiving inbound phone calls while being the liaison to coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance related issues between our drivers, vendors, and organizational stakeholders. The breakdown coordinator must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to ensure that our drivers receive the best experience as they engage with our team to address their maintenance needs. This position is ideal for someone that has served as a service writer or has acted as a liaison between the customer and the mechanic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Working in a fast paced environment that offers daytime and occasional after-hours support to help drivers with breakdown situations
Execute vendor management program, negotiate pricing for tires, parts and services when needed.
Create repair orders within Fleetio.
Work closely with other members of the maintenance department in strategic planning, organizing, and executing plans.
Communicate breakdowns, accidents, and incidents promptly to fellow coordinators, Operations, Safety, and Risk Management personnel
Receive and address incoming calls via pre-defined call queues.
Interact with digital communications from in cab devices.
Review and address email messages and take appropriate actions.
Access OEM websites to review action codes from units and take appropriate steps to resolve.
Maintain constant and concise communication with appropriate groups, including vendors, drivers and including various operational stakeholders, regarding status of repair decisions and related issues.
Ensure all DOT/FMCSA Regulations are followed to align with company standards.
Must be able to obtain and review repair estimates while scrutinizing the repair process to include the costs and authorize approved repairs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A successful Breakdown Coordinator must consistently demonstrate the company's Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Breakdown Coordinator must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience (Preferred)
Previous call center, service writer, or mechanical experience (Preferred)
Experience in the transportation industry (Preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

The Inventory Strategy Manager will lead the development of data-driven inventory policies and performance metrics. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer - United Rotorcraft and serve as a strategic partner to Operations, focusing on inventory levels, turnover, and working capital efficiency. This position is expected to be highly analytical, experienced with ERP data, and capable of turning insight into actionable policy.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
* Analyze historical demand, lead times, and fulfillment performance to recommend optimal inventory levels by part category or program.
* Develop and implement inventory KPIs (e.g., turns, aged stock, excess/obsolete) and dashboards to support leadership visibility
* Design and refine inventory stocking policies (e.g., min/max, reorder points, safety stock) to align with cost, service level, and operational constraints
* Support the CFO in analyzing inventory trends and working capital drivers as part of financial planning and forecast cycles
* Leverage ERP data (Visual ERP or similar) to build models and dashboards for internal decision-making
* Additional duties as assigned.
