We are seeking a Turnaround Scheduling & Planning Manager within our Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group. This position requires the ability to travel 25-30% depending on assigned workload. This role supports both Industrial Gases (IG) North America for capital projects and the Turnaround team by providing planning, scheduling, & execution support. This allows our team to provide specialized services and additional capacity for infrequent events to operational assets. This role reports to the TAR Manager, North America and works in concert with the Turnaround Project Controls Manager and the Turnaround Execution Manager, and their teams to ensure smooth execution of 6-14 TARs annually across Air Products North America.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 31 team members consisting of 3 supervisors, 24 planners, 1 lead scheduler, & 3 schedulers)
* Manager planning team across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control valve subject areas to produce professional and accurate manhour estimates, work packages, and bills of material.
* Manage scheduling team to develop, optimize, and delivery high quality schedules to drive predictably and cost competitiveness.
* Resource load planners across outages to ensure pre-outage turning points are achieved while optimizing contingent worker headcount. Drive consistency and efficiency using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage contingent worker planners to supplement Air Products labor during peak resource draw.
* Serve as technical lead in support of planning standard processes. Ensure work packages are produced in accordance with Air Products' standards, procedures, and specifications. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as required to confirm scope, materials, QC requirements, etc.
* Coordinate with the Turnaround Execution Manager to roll planners into execution and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule are met at each outage.
* Coordinate with the Turnaround Manager to ensure planners order and manage contractors per the procurement and cost control strategy for each outage.
* Champion safety as a planning deliverable and ensure packages consider safety related practices, e.g. Falling Object Prevention.
* Complete lessons learned and package documentation to drive efficiency in future TARs.
* Support continuous improvement of the TAR planning process through implementation of planning software and modification of TAR planning procedures to help streamline and reduce the planning cycle.
Required Skills / Abilities:
* Strong solid understanding of operating plant systems including Maintenance, Machinery, Electrical, and Instrumentation. Broad technical familiarity with motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, cooling towers, pressure vessels, and piping systems.
* Strong leadership abilities.

* Proficient in the use of SAP and Primavera P6 software.
* Valid Drivers' License and good driving record required.

**About the role**
The Operations Technician is responsible for the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) processing facility. This position requires 25%-50% travel per month (First 12 months in the position will require 50% travel per month when hired for a new plant. Travel requirement will reduce to 25% per month when working at an existing plant or in year 2 and beyond for a new plant).
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Manage the safe operation of the plant during assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards.
+ Make periodic inspections of plant equipment to determine proper and normal operating conditions. Check and record operational data such as fluid levels, temperatures and pressures, compare to trends and have the ability to make corrections as needed.
+ Review daily operating reports and other records to ensure specified operating characteristics in control of the plant equipment.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on plant instrumentation and equipment.
+ Detect and correct faulty and malfunctioning mechanical and electrical components, devices and equipment.
+ Operate advanced instrumentation and process control systems.
+ Diagnose equipment malfunctions during emergencies and direct activities to restore normal operation or to shut down malfunctioning unit.
+ Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical system wiring from control wiring up to 480 volts. Install, remove and modify equipment.
+ Notify Lead Operation Technician and Regional Manager of shutdown or major changes in power output of unit.

+ Maintain a clean work space including the plant building, control room, rest room, break room and grounds.

Responsibilities:The purpose of the Logistics and Storage intern/co-op program is to identify and develop future technical and leadership talent for the benefit of MPC, the engineering intern/co-op, and the engineering profession.
The intern/co-op program may consist of any number of work sessions. Multiple sessions give interns/co-ops the ability to rotate between the different L&S components in order to gain exposure to the various business segments and to offer a variety of assignments with increasing responsibility. Engage in trade associations, technical organizations, conferences, and local trade shows to present technical papers, promote technology, support marketing efforts, network, and lead committees.
Work with customers and internal groups in applied research, computational modeling, and marketing to develop technical papers and marketing materials that showcase modeling or lab/field demonstration results. •
Engage external partners to provide full solutions to the customer, as applicable.
Qualifications
BS/MS technical degree preferred - (preferably Engineering, an undergraduate business degree or MBA a plus)
Five years' experience in glass melting or glass/ ceramic operations.
Proven understanding of container, float, or fiber glass melting, knowledge of refractories, furnace design and combustion systems also a plus.
Familiarity with industrial gases and oxy-fuel combustion is preferred.
Experience in technical service, sales, or applications development a plus.
Ability to work efficiently across functions and levels, both internally and externally.
Good interpersonal skills and strong influencing skills.
