The Customer Master Data Administrator supports all Business Areas within North America and works closely with the Europe, Asia and South America Customer Master Data Teams providing Global support, as needed.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all customer account data across our organization, including Intercompany shipments to Plants and Warehouses and Subcontracting Vendor accounts. You will manage the creation and maintenance of pricing records, customer contracts, formula‑based escalation pricing, and all related charges and surcharges.
Adhering to established Global Customer Master Data standards, you will apply your understanding of SAP requirements to determine how customer records should be structured and connected to maintain consistency across Business Areas and Regions. You will also perform routine data quality checks, identify and resolve data gaps, and recommend process improvements that strengthen data governance.
This role requires close collaboration with Billing Analysts, Credit and Collections, Customer Service, Compliance and Regulatory teams, IT, and key Commercial partners including Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and Product Management.

Provide scheduling expertise to drive 100% on time delivery to customers.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Minimum of Associate's Degree or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline preferred. Experience considered in lieu of a technical degree

The Technician operates various types of equipment within the cylinder preparation area in accordance with Airgas standard work procedures to properly empty previous contents and prepare gas cylinders. Responsible for safety, product quality, and productivity during the work shift. Sorts cylinders according to cylinder size and service, scrapes and paints cylinders, maintains organization in the cylinder yard, moves cylinders by forklift and handcart within the facility. Inspects and prepares high and low pressure cylinders for the filling process, performs required maintenance on cylinders. Load and unload common carrier trucks and Airgas shuttle trucks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Sort and evaluate incoming gas cylinders.
* Move cylinders to designated processing areas.
* Scrape labels from cylinders.
* Paint and apply temperature coating to cylinders.
* Perform visual Inspection of gas cylinders.
* Install new cylinder valves in both low and high pressure cylinders.
* Operate vacuum pumps, cylinder driers, cylinder bake out system, high pressure manifolds and associated equipment.
* Maintain prepped cylinder inventory ready for production, allocates cylinders to customer orders.
* Maintain the cylinder yard in a clean and orderly manner. Stores cylinders in designated locations by service, cylinder size and valve type.
* Perform valve and cylinder inventory.
* Qualify to operate forklift and perform forklift inspection
* Loading compressed gas cylinders onto and off of cylinder pallets.
* Operate caustic scrubber to dispose of toxic gases.
* Load and unload common carrier trucks and Airgas shuttles.
* Perform maintenance on cylinder prep equipment.
* Keep a clean and orderly work area.
* Support Management team with regard to maintenance of Health and Safety and ISO Quality programs.
* Other duties as assigned.

The M&LSR is a member of the APCI FCU's Member Services Team and reports to the APCI FCU's Manager of Member Services. As Director, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), you will partner with business executives to lead the development and execution of a variety of M&A projects (e.g., acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, etc.) to support Air Products' strategic objectives. The position is within the Corporate Development, Strategy, and M&A team, with an emphasis on transactions in the Americas business segment and our global equipment businesses, and reporting directly to the Vice President, Corporate Development, Strategy, and M&A. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities and leading transaction execution across the entire deal life cycle, partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams for the successful execution of M&A projects. You will also help organize and drive continuous improvement of the global M&A work process, articulate the process to key partners, and develop tools and capabilities to maintain an efficient and effective M&A execution process.
This role requires a high level of expertise to ensure appropriate transaction execution and risk management as well as maturity to interact with internal and external executives and effectively manage large cross-functional transaction teams. Depending on business requirements, the role may have direct reports while also working closely with other members of the global M&A team as necessary. To be successful in this role, you will manage the transaction details with a willingness to personally get the job done, while still being able to see the big picture and strategic implications of transactions.
Principal accountabilities
Lead and drive all aspects of M&A transactions working closely with business leaders and cross functional teams to organize and execute transactions
Partner with business leaders to identify and develop actionable transactions that fit our business strategy
Act as the primary interface with counterparties to develop opportunities, organize due diligence, and negotiate key parameters while coordinating and collaborating with business unit and functional stakeholders
Lead the due diligence process with cross-functional teams (including commercial, operations, engineering, human resources, finance, information technology, EHS, legal, procurement, etc) to complete efficient and effective due diligence of targets
Ensure preparation of concise, accurate due diligence reports and lead development of plans to mitigate identified risks
Collaborate with financial and accounting teams for valuation, working capital, and other transaction related financial matters
Develop negotiation strategy and gain alignment with business as to overall negotiation approach; lead negotiation with counter parties in collaboration with business, law, and functional specialist where needed
Support business unit in development and implementation of integration plan
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve M&A playbook tools and processes to maintain a robust M&A execution model
Lead and manage within a matrix environment and foster collaboration, working effectively in both regional and functional environments
Minimum requirements, qualifications, and experience
At least 15 years of working experience, ideally with 10+ years of experience in Global M&A, preferably in a corporate setting in manufacturing, chemicals, or other industrial segment
Prior experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory services, or top tier management consulting firm is a plus
Bachelors degree in a business, finance, economics or engineering related field required; MBA degree is preferred
Demonstrated track record leading acquisition transactions through all stages (including sourcing, LOI, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation, signing/closing, and integration)
Demonstrated track record developing and leading divestiture transactions through all stages including preparation, carveout development, buyer engagement, due diligence, contract negotiation, and separation planning and execution
Familiarity with key topics in M&A contract law and ability to lead negotiation of M&A contracts (NDA, LOI, purchase agreement) in collaboration with legal team; experience working with legal and other resources to obtain anti-trust clearance for M&A transactions
Project management skills necessary to manage M&A transactions in a structured and efficient manner
Strong financial acumen including M&A valuation approaches and familiarity with key financial elements in transactions including working capital, tax impacts, and accounting treatment
Ability to lead multiple projects with competing priorities and demanding timelines
Self-motivated, deadline driven and process oriented. Able to work under minimal supervision and capable of identifying issues and proposing and implementing solutions

About You and This Role
DowPerformance Monomers R&D has an exciting opportunity for aPilot Plant Operatorlocated in Collegeville, PA. You will support laboratory projects including working shifts on a 24/7 attended pilot plant process. Comfortable accessing the roof, using extension ladders, man lifts and scissor lifts.
Performs basic Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT) responsibilities when qualified

About this role

Qualifications:

About You:
Dowis seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SeniorR&D/TS&D Technicianto join our Analytical Science Lab in Collegeville, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and development in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
As an R&D/TS&D Technician, you will primarily support the Rapid Testing Group, providing critical analytical support to enable fast, informed decisions for business R&D, TS&D, and M&E partners. Your work will involve rapid testing of samples and products, quantifying chemical composition, and identifying trace impurities that impact product and process performance.
Responsibilities:
+ We are seeking an R&D/TS&D Technician with excellent laboratory skills to work hands on in our rapid testing group.
+ This role is in a group that provides crucial analytical testing support in a fast time frame to business R&D, TS&D, and M&E partners.
+ Perform rapid testing and analysis of samples to support product and process research
+ Collaborate with research chemists and engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
+ Provide technical support for experimental activities, product development, and application development.
+ Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation; develop methods of analysis and report results.
+ Ensure laboratory safety and maintain compliance with all site and departmental safety programs.
+ Manage inventories of consumables, chemicals, and supplies.
+ Communicate issues promptly to enable quick resolution and actively participate in team meetings focused on safety, process improvement, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications:
+ A High school Diploma/GED equivalent AND 5 years of relevant work experience OR An Associate's Degree or higher (or higher) (Applied Science in a relevant field i.e., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology preferred) OR 3 years relevant military training experience
+ Experience in a laboratory setting (industrial or academic)
+ Must have strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
+ Must be able to work successfully in a team environment
+ Must be able to work with and take direction from multiple scientists
+ A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Materials Science (strongly preferred)
+ Hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography, HPLC, and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).
+ Knowledge of polymers and coating materials.
+ Experience troubleshooting and maintaining analytical instruments.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new software quickly.
+ Strong laboratory skills, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
