Job Description: Construction Superintendent / (Project Manager)
Position Title: Construction Superintendent / Project Manager

Position Summary
The Construction Superintendent / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of a construction project, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and closeout. This dual-role professional will manage on-site construction activities while also maintaining high-level project coordination, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role combines strong leadership, scheduling, and field supervision skills with project management oversight and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
Track project costs and manage budget control measures, including change orders
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Field Supervision (Superintendent Duties):
Manage through direct reports day-to-day on-site construction activities
Ensure work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards
Supervise external stakeholders (General Contractor, Sub-Contractors, Regulatory and Inspection Consultants/Professionals)
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards
Conduct regular site inspections and lead daily Project Meeting
Resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts proactively
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as primary point of contact for the field team and subcontractors
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve concerns
Conduct and lead site meetings, including progress and coordination meetings
Maintain clear project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs
Closeout:
Oversee final inspections, punch lists, and commissioning
Ensure delivery of as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals
Coordinate demobilization and site cleanup
Support client handover and post-completion reviews
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management and site supervision
Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera P6)
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
OSHA 30 certification (required or obtainable)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
Preferred Attributes
PMP or CCM certification
Experience with CMAR or Design-Build delivery models
Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools
Skilled in value engineering and constructability analysis

Job Description: Construction Manager / Site Manager
Position Title: Construction Manager / Site Manager

Position Summary
The Construction Manager / Site Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on an assigned construction project. Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, this role ensures that all on-site work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to the project plans, schedule, and quality standards.
The Site Manager acts as the boots-on-the-ground leader who coordinates labor, subcontractors, and materials to maintain productive and compliant job site operations.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Management:
Direct and supervise daily on-site construction activities
Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Monitor and enforce safety compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, escalating to Superintendent as needed
Subcontractor & Workforce Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors
Verify workforce attendance and performance
Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks
Inspect subcontractor work for compliance with quality and safety standards
Material & Equipment Management:
Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials and equipment
Track and report site inventory, tools, and consumables
Coordinate equipment usage to avoid delays and downtime
Communication & Reporting:
Report daily progress to the Construction Superintendent
Maintain accurate daily logs, site reports, and photo documentation
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and risks
Assist in implementing the site safety plan and conducting inspections
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with design and specs
Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions
Assist in testing and inspections with QA/QC personnel or consultants
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
3-7 years of on-site construction supervision experience
Strong working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and trades
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents
Proficiency in site documentation tools (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
Familiar with safety regulations and hazard control
OSHA 30 certification (required or obtainable)
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Position Responsibilities
Single Point of Contact for medium to high complexity projects in a client facing role.

Position Summary
The Capital Equipment Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering major equipment installations, upgrades, and facility infrastructure projects across manufacturing operations. This role ensures that capital projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to specification-coordinating efforts across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and external contractors.
The position combines technical expertise with project management discipline, ensuring that every phase of equipment procurement and installation-from concept through commissioning-meets corporate standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead the end-to-end management of capital equipment projects, including scope definition, budget development, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Develop detailed project execution plans (PEPs), including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate design reviews, procurement, fabrication, installation, and startup of new or upgraded manufacturing equipment.
Manage change control processes to ensure scope alignment and cost integrity.
Oversee and track project progress using standardized PMO methodologies and reporting tools.
Financial & Contract Management
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Cost Accountant / Financial Analyst to monitor commitments, actuals, and variances.
Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) justifications and manage funding requests and approvals.
Lead bid processes for equipment suppliers and contractors; review and negotiate contracts with Procurement and Legal support.
Ensure timely completion of purchase orders, invoices, and project closeout documentation.
Technical & Engineering Coordination
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to define equipment specifications and performance requirements.

The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of the job including: job completion goals, forecasting upcoming work, materials used on the job, subcontractor supervision, safety conditions, as well as tools and equipment used on the job, whether rented or owned by the company. This position will also be responsible that all paperwork needed by the office is sent in on time, and report any changing condition or related information about the job to the office.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for project management and coordination among team members.
Employ an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed during the construction phase.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff and laborers on site operations and safety practices.
Experience
Must have minimum 5 years commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of processes and protocols for successful oversight.
Familiarity with quality control processes and budgeting practices within the construction industry.
Proficient in using construction management software, such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
Experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is a plus.
OSHA10 is required.

What You'll Do:
As a HSE Manager Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the implementation and oversight of all HSE programs and policies.
